I Only Need To Believe ~

Sometimes I tell myself,
I only need to believe
so all of God’s promises . . .
for myself I could receive.

For I know it only takes,
a tiny mustard seed
for me to have all the faith
that I am going to need.

Sometimes I tell myself,
I only need to take a leap
and just step out in faith
so God’s promises I can reap.

For, I know and I believe,
what for me is impossible
the Word of God tells me
with Him all is possible.

Sometimes I tell myself,
I just need to receive . . .
all the promises of God
because in Jesus I believe!

Hear My Son ~

This is My Beloved Son,
hear what He has to say
for He is the only Life . . .
to the Truth and the Way.

You Can Do It ~

You can move that mountain,

you can displace it

you can conquer it
if you trust in God.

if you believe with all your heart.

God’s power you will receive

I Need to Know ~

Lord, I need to know,
how to be still . . .

I Came Into This World A Sinner ~

I came into the world,
with not one single thing
and when I go to see Jesus
there’s nothing I can bring.

For, my treasures on earth,
will rust from corruption
but, in heaven they’ve been
everlasting from conception.

I have a lot of stuff,
making my life comfortable
but, they are all to God . . .
worthless and corruptible.

For, God has for me,
eternal life as my treasure
where peace and joy
will flow without measure.

I came into this world,

as someone who in Jesus
has trusted and believed!

Shh, do you hear it,

A Believing Heart ~

A believing heart is set,
on things from above
it abides securely
in God’s love.

Hope springs up from it,
mercy rests inside
a believing heart knows
its needs are supplied.

A believing heart is set,
on grace and faith alone
it knows without Jesus
for its sins it can’t atone.

Peace rises from it,
strength and power too
a believing heart is convinced
all things are possible to do.

God’s given me faith,

Something New ~

He made us,
into something new
and we must believe
this to be true.

Lest to doubt,
we will succumb
and our faith . . .
will be humdrum.

He is planning,
a new path for us
and we must always
in Him trust.

will be weak and small.

He is working,
out His perfect plan

It’s All About Believing ~

It’s not about who,
got us to the starting line
it’s about believing . . .
Jesus is the One True Vine.

we were doing before
it’s about believing . . .

Free Love ~

 

God’s love is free of charge,
there are no strings attached
there’s nothing you need to do
there are no works attached.

God’s love is unconditional,
it doesn’t matter who you are
God loves you whether to Him
you are near, aloof, or far.

God’s love is sacrificial,
He gave His only begotten Son
not just to a few chosen . . .
but to each and everyone.

God’s love is accessible,
to anyone who will believe
~ Jesus died for their sins ~
forgiveness they will receive.

God’s love is nonjudgmental,
He wishes not one soul to perish
eternal life He offers all
if Jesus, you love and cherish.

God’s love is free of charge,
there are no strings attached
the liberation of His grace . . .
in the world, is still unmatched!

God’s Promises ~

All of God’s promises,

all you have to do . . .

You can find them,

all you have to do . . .
is take, a good look.

They flow all about,
woven all through
the promises of God
are waiting for you.

They hold your future,
they’ll guide your way
comfort and give you
strength for the day.

All of God’s promises,
are yours to believe
but, you must open up . . .
your Bible, to receive!

God Moves Mountains ~

You can move that mountain,
you can scale that obstacle
you can get over that barrier . . .
for with God, all things are possible.

You’ll need to have plenty of faith,
on your own, you will only quit . . .
you have to believe that it is God
who will get you up and over it.

There can be no doubting,
no thinking, this can’t be done
God will give you His strength
through, Jesus Christ, His Son.

You will need to keep on praying,
if His power, you want to receive
asking God for all of His might . . .
then you have to trust and believe.

God’s good at moving mountains,
He’s moved plenty of them before
and now He wants to give you . . .
the strength and power to move yours!

My Savior ~

When I was lost,
Jesus found me
He opened my eyes
so His grace I’d see.

Jesus looked for me
He brought me home
so His mercy I’d see.
