Blameless ~

God’s mercy I don’t deserve,
it’s not something I earned
nor something I can obtain
by anything I’ve learned.

God’s mercy is His favor,
His compassion and goodness
towards a sinner like me . . .
to show to me His kindness.

Jesus’ grace I don’t deserve,
it’s not something I merit
nor something I’m worthy of
or anything I can inherit.

Jesus’ grace is His love,
it’s His benevolence
towards a sinner like me . . .
to show me His excellence.

God’s mercy offers to me,
the blessing of forgiveness
Jesus’ grace makes me
before Him blameless!

It’s All About God’s Grace ~

It’s all about God’s grace,
not about what you do
it’s all about Jesus . . .
and what He did for you.

For grace is forgiving,
it frees you from your sin
it’s not something earned
or anything you can win.

It’s all about God’s grace,
His mercy and favor . . .
it’s all about having faith
in Christ, Jesus your Savior.

For grace is liberating,
there is no cost to you
Jesus paid the full price
there’s nothing left to do.

It’s all about God’s grace,
the confession of sin
it’s all about repentance
to be cleansed from within.

For grace will set you free,
from under satan’s claws
all you need is faith . . . .
for grace erased the laws.

It’s all about grace,
liberating and freeing
it is a gift from God . . .
well worth your receiving!

One day there will be,
a lavish reception . . .
for all who escaped
satan’s deception.

For those partakers,
of God’s Divine nature
have made Jesus
their Lord and Savior.

One day there will be,
a triumphant celebration . . .
for all who received
the lively hope of salvation.

For those believers,
in God’s Divine favor
have found forgiveness
thru Jesus their Savior.

One day there will be,
a heavenly extravaganza . . .
for all those who did not fall
for satan’s propaganda!

The Depth of God’s Mercy ~

When I am knee high,
in grief and sorrow
when I am anxious
about each tomorrow.

I look at the span,
of God’s mercy . . .
instead of the extent
of my worry.

When I am waist deep,
in the vast unknown
when fear’s grip
clinches my backbone

I look to the depth,
of God’s grace . . .
instead of the expanse
of the dark space.

When I am as low,
as I can possibly go . . .
I look to the favor
God on me bestows!

I AM The Resurrection ~

I am the Resurrection,
I am the Life . . .
I am the One who took
upon Myself your strife.

Though someday you’ll die,
eternal life to you I give
if for your sins
you believe I will forgive.

It’s all about the grace,
not about the works . . .
it’s all about freedom
with eternal perks.

For grace is liberating,
it’s soul freeing too
and it’s not something
you get, by what you do.

in Christ, Jesus our Savior.

leaving us nothing left to do.

My Savior ~

When I was lost,
Jesus found me
He opened my eyes
so His grace I’d see.

When I wandered,
Jesus looked for me
He brought me home
so His mercy I’d see.

When I stumbled,
Jesus caught me
He loosened my load
so His favor I’d see.

When I failed,
Jesus helped me
He shined His light
so the way I’d see.

When I doubted,
Jesus held on to me
He showed me His hands
so His scars I’d see!
