Sufficient Today ~

Sufficient today,
is the strength I need
adequate it shows me
when the Bible I read.

For God has a supply,
that goes a long way
enough to give everyone
their share for the day.

Timely is today,
is the power I receive
ample is my faith
that I should believe.

That in my weaknesses,
is when I am strong
for Jesus gives me rest
when things go wrong.

Sufficient is today,
the grace I am given
for I am thankful everyday
that I am even forgiven!

~~~~~~
2 Corinthians 12:9
And he said unto me,
My grace is sufficient for thee:
for my strength is made perfect
in weakness. Most gladly therefore
will I rather glory in my infirmities,
that the power of Christ
may rest upon me.
God’s Limitless Grace ~
God’s grace has no borders,
it is limitless . . .
it makes you before Him
for your sins blameless.
It has no boundaries,
it can reach every one
with the forgiveness
of His begotten Son.
God grace has no bounds,
it is measureless
it offers humble souls
eternal secureness.
It has no barriers,
it can enter every heart
all you need is faith
for grace to do its part.
God’s grace has no end,
it is everlasting . . .
God’s grace is available
to all for the asking!
James 4:6
God resisteth the proud,
but giveth grace unto
the humble.
Give Me Grace Lord ~
Give me grace Lord,
when all is going right
give me more of it . . .
when up against a fight.
Give me grace Lord,
when the sunshine is out
give me more of it . . .
when there’s clouds of doubt.
Give me grace Lord,
when it’s time to sing
give me more of it . . .
when life begins to sting.
Give me grace Lord,
when I’m happy as a lark
give me more of it . . . .
when all is looking dark.
Give me grace Lord,
when I am sitting pretty
give me more of it . . .
when life becomes gritty.
Give me grace Lord,
amble and sufficient
for I know it will be . . .
perfect and efficient!
God Supplies The Grace ~
God supplies the grace,
for all that we do . . .
it flows right from Him
into me and you.
He delivers His strength,
whenever we are weak
He gives extra power
when more of it we seek.
God grants us mercy,
each day it’s renewable
so we may learn to be
on Him dependable.
He builds up our faith,
regenerates our hope
He provides the means
each day for us to cope.
God supplies the grace,
we give Him back our trust
as we let His Spirit . . .
work in and through us!
~~~~~~~~

2 Corinthians 12:9

And he said unto me,
My grace is sufficient for thee:
for my strength is made perfect
in weakness. Most gladly
therefore will I rather glory
in my infirmities, that the
power of Christ
may rest upon me.

It’s All About God’s Grace ~

It’s all about God’s grace,
not about what you do
it’s all about Jesus . . .
and what He did for you.

For grace is forgiving,
it frees you from your sin
it’s not something earned
or anything you can win.

It’s all about God’s grace,
His mercy and favor . . .
it’s all about having faith
in Christ, Jesus your Savior.

For grace is liberating,
there is no cost to you
Jesus paid the full price
there’s nothing left to do.

It’s all about God’s grace,
the confession of sin
it’s all about repentance
to be cleansed from within.

For grace will set you free,
from under satan’s claws
all you need is faith . . . .
for grace erased the laws.

It’s all about grace,
liberating and freeing
it is a gift from God . . .
well worth your receiving!

The Faces of Grace ~

There are many faces,
to God’s grace . . .
and each one of them
we need to embrace.

For everlasting peace,
grace will impart
right into the flesh
of every new heart.

Grace provides training,
we need to consider
for it’s the God’s Truth
and Life transmitter.

For eternal hope,
grace will convey
by showing us the things
that will lead us astray.

There are many sides,
to the face of grace . . .
and we need them all
if we are to win the race!

~~~~~~~~
Titus 2:11-13
For the grace of God that bringeth
salvation hath appeared to all men,
Teaching us that, denying ungodliness
and worldly lusts, we should live soberly,
righteously, and godly, in this present world;
Looking for that blessed hope,
and the glorious appearing of
the great God and our Saviour Jesus Christ;
The Mystery Of God’s Grace ~
What is this mystery,
this thing called grace
what must one do . . .
to meet their maker’s face?
How can One Man,
die for all of mankind
how can He open eyes
to Him that are blind?
What is this mystery,
this thing called mercy
how can One Man
make everyone worthy?
What is this work,
this One Man has done
what can one do . . .
to be with Him one?
What is this mystery,
what is this saving grace
it is Jesus Christ himself . . .
that one must embrace!
~~~~~~~~

Ephesians 3:1-4

And the glory which
thou gavest me I have
given them; that they
may be one, even as
we are one:

If ye have heard of the
dispensation of the grace
of God which is given me
to you-ward:

How that by revelation
he made known unto me
the mystery; (as I wrote
afore in few words,

Whereby, when ye read,
ye may understand my
knowledge in the mystery
of Christ)

John 17.22

And the glory which
thou gavest me I have
given them; that they

may be one, even as
we are one:

My New Heart ~

My heart,
God’s hands
my love
He commands.

My time,
God’s ways
my fruit
He weighs.

My soul,
God’s grace
my sin
He erased.

My hope,
God’s plan
my trust
He can.

My faith,
God’s aid
my life
Jesus saved!

heart out of your flesh, and I will
give you an heart of flesh.

This Amazing Grace ~

It’s a thing of beauty,
a thing of hope and love
it’s a thing of wonder
this grace from God above.

It’s a thing of strength,
when we’re feeling faint
it’s a thing of confidence
from sin our soul’s restraint.

It’s a thing we should seek,
something we must grow
it’s a thing for us to share
with every one we know.

It’s a thing of praise,
a thing to adore
it’s an amazing thing
a gift we can’t ignore.

This grace covers our past,
our today, our future
this grace we all need . . .
to cultivate and nurture!

2 Peter 3:18

But grow in grace,
and in the knowledge
of our Lord and Saviour
Jesus Christ. To him be
glory both now and
for ever. Amen.

Where Faith and Love Dwells ~

Sometimes I wander through,
 the valleys of my soul . . .
lingering near the streams of life
when I felt well and whole.

I ponder the times Jesus filled in,
the empty and void space
where His love for me flowed
like a river full of endless grace.

As I stroll along the rugged clefts,
I can see the hard times too
as I roam all around them
His mercy for me shines through.

I come across the mountains,
that I had to hike up to . . .
some of them I never thought
the hard climb I could ever do.

But I remember seeing Jesus,
standing upon the crest
calling down to me
“Come, I’ll give you rest.”

Sometimes I like to wander,
through life’s hills and dells
and go deep into my soul . . .
where faith and love dwells!

That Christ may dwell
in your hearts by faith;
that ye, being rooted
and grounded in love,

Where Grace Abounds ~

Where grace abounds,
salvation springs . . .
where salvation prevails
more grace it brings.

Where grace expands,
hope flourishes
where hope teems
more grace nourishes.

Where grace thrives,
righteousness expands
where virtue grows
more grace demands.

Where grace permeates.
trust infiltrates
where trust exists
more grace penetrates.

Where grace abounds,
more grace is given
where Jesus is found . . .
more grace is taken!

Grace Training~

We all need,
grace training
so we can be
more forgiving.

Then like Jesus,
we’ll transform
as acts of love
we perform.

We all need,
to grow in grace
so compassion
we can embrace.

Then like Jesus,
we’ll reflect
as His goodness
we project.

We all need,
to be more kind
we all need . . .
extra grace to find!

A Sip From God’s Mercy Cup ~

When your heart screams,
I can’t take anymore . . .
when it can no longer
continue in torment’s war.

That is when it needs,
God protective shield
so to His perfect peace
it can begin to yield.

When you heart hollers,
stop terrorizing me . . .
when it shouts out loud
why won’t you let me be.

That’s when it needs,
Jesus to console it
so He can bring His calm
into your own spirit.

When your heart comes,
to a place of giving up . . .
stop and take a long sip
from God’s mercy cup!

Faith Without Grace ~

Grace and faith,
a winning combination
for they are the keys . . .
to eternal salvation.

You can’t have one,
with out the other
for faith without grace
your sins won’t cover.

Grace and faith,
are a reckoning source
when added together
they’re a powerful force.

For grace is the channel,
faith is the condition
without both of them
there is no redemption.

Grace and faith,
is the lone connection
and it comes from only . . .
one divine direction!

Grace Is An Infusion ~

Grace is an infusion,
of God’s love and mercy
it is given freely . . .
to all who are thirsty.

It cannot be bought,
borrowed or purchased
only by Jesus . . .
to you is it furnished.

Grace is an transfusion,
of Christ’s saving blood
it cleanses our souls
as it flows and floods.

It is a connection,
to everything just
it quickens the heart
in it’s power to trust.

Grace is a transfusion,
of hope, love and peace
grace is an infusion . . .
only Jesus can release!

Abba Our Father ~

Abba my Father,
has adopted me
into His family
so I could be . . .

An heir to salvation,
a daughter of light
a child that brings
to Him great delight.

No longer an orphan,
no longer a stray
I’ve inherited a room
in His mansion I’ll stay.

Abba my Father,
has adopted me
into His family
so I can be free . . .

Free from the guilt,
of my wandering ways
free from the darkness
that once filled my days.

The adoption became final,
that day on the Cross
when Jesus died for me
and all those who are lost.

Abba my Father,
has adopted me
into His family
so I might see . . .

See His glory,
in the midst of my pain
see His grace fall
like sweet drops of rain.

The inheritance is mine,
I’m claiming my right
and now I have privilege
to His power and might.

Abba my Father,
has adopted me
into His family,
I willingly flee . . .

Grace Is A Mender ~

Grace is a mender,
of flaws running deep
it is a collector
of the tears we weep.

Grace is a healer,
of vessel’s broken
it is a free gift
God set into motion.

Grace is a liberator,
of evil and oppression
it is a deliver
of earthly transgression.

Grace is a giver,
of eternal redemption
it is a perfecter
of faith and salvation.

Grace is God’s mercy
pity and favor . . .
grace is God’s free gift
of Jesus our Savior!

The Grace of Jesus ~

The grace of Jesus,
was given freely . . .
to all of mankind
proportionally.

God measured out
faith to everyone . . .
so all could be saved
by the grace of His Son.

The grace of Jesus,
will keep us humble
lest over our egos
we’ll surely stumble.

God wants us to be,
sober and sincere
for He sees right through
our narcissistic veneer.

The grace of Jesus,
can’t be taken for granted
lest we may become . . .
with ourselves enchanted!

~~~~~
Romans 12:3
For I say, through the grace
given unto me, to every man
that is among you, not to think
of himself more highly than
he ought to think; but to think
soberly, according as God hath
dealt to every man the
measure of faith.
My Cup Is Full ~
I’ve got a cup,
it’s fills with more grace
each time I seek
God’s almighty face.
He pours into it,
mercy anew
upon morning’s
dewy debut.
I’ve got a cup,
it overflows
the more God
I get to know.
He dispenses into it,
faith, joy and peace
everlasting assurance
that’ll never cease.
I’ve got a cup,
full of hope’s promise
it warms my soul . . .
with eternal solace!
Diamonds of His Grace ~
Do your tears downpour,
when you confess your sin
do they fall like raindrops
as they drip off your chin?
Is your heart remorseful,
of your every evil deed
will you give up your pride
and let the Holy Spirit lead?
Do your tears well up inside,
and come from deep within
do they drip like dewdrops
when you cry out to Him?
Will you come to the Light,
to have your heart reformed
will you call upon His name
so your life can be transformed?
Have you looked into God’s eyes,
and wept from your disgrace
do you know your tears to Him . . .
are the diamonds of His grace?
~~~~~~~

Psalm 30:5

For his anger endureth but a moment;
in his favour is life: weeping may
endure for a night, but joy cometh
in the morning.

The sacrifices of God are

and a contrite heart,
O God, thou wilt not despise.

His Radiant Grace ~

When Jesus you invite,
into your life . . .
you’ll no longer be filled
with worldly strife.

For His love will fill,
the cold, stony place
that once was your heart
with His radiant grace.

When you decide,
Jesus to follow . . .
you’ll no longer feel
empty and hollow.

For His love will flow,
into the recesses
of a heart once filled
with worldly excesses.

When you accept Jesus,
as the Life of your soul
satan will no longer . . .
over you have control!

Grace Is Freeing ~

Grace is freeing,
liberating too
grace makes
all things new.

Grace erases,
shames past
graces brings
hope that lasts.

Grace allows,
a clean slate
grace gives
a new birth date.

Graces delivers,
a fresh start
grace softens
a stony heart.

Grace is freeing,
absolving too
grace puts faith
right into you!

Make Grace Greater ~

Make grace greater,
than your pride
let it become . . .
your earthly guide.

Make humility bigger,
than your ego
let it become . . .
your heart’s credo.

Make courtesy stronger,
than your vanity
let it become . . .
your mind’s canopy.

Make meekness bolder,
than your conceit
let it become . . .
your soul’s heartbeat.

Make grace greater,
let it grow in your heart
then bitterness . . .
won’t even root or start!

~~~~~~~~~
Hebrews 12:15
Looking diligently lest any man
fail of the grace of God;
lest any root of bitterness
springing up trouble you,
and thereby many be defiled;
Seek The Lord’s Face ~
When you seek,
the Lord’s face
you will find . . .
sufficient grace.
For when the Lord,
you search to find
He will bless you
with peace of mind.
When you explore,
the Lord’s way
you will find . . .
strength for the day.
For when you pursue,
the Lord’s will
He will your heart
calm and still.
When you need,
to find more grace . . .
remember to always
seek the Lord’s face!
In God’s Holy Presence ~
In God’s holy presence,
there’s joy in its fullness
pleasures circulating
His everlasting goodness.
There is peace and hope,
a spreading of refreshing
an ongoing revolving
of life-changing blessings.
In God’s holy presence,
there’s mercy restoring
upon the Holy Spirit’s
heart filling outpouring.
There’s an internal calm,
an outgoing of favor
the ongoing flowing
of grace from a Savior.
In God’s holy presence,
here and above . . .
there’s an effortless flow
of steadfast love!
We All Need Jesus ~
We all need grace,
sufficient and amble
we need a full dose
not just a small sample.
We all need mercy,
tender and abundant
we need a taste of it
glorious and triumphant.
We all need compassion,
precious and priceless
we need an infusion
of God’s forgiveness.
We all need love,
eternal and everlasting
we need an injection
of peace that’s surpassing.
We all need Jesus,
each and every one of us
we need someone whom
with our soul we can trust!
The Many Facet’s of Grace ~
There are many facets,
to God’s grace . . .
and each one of them
we need to embrace.
There is an abundance,
of grace sufficient . . .
to abound in all things
and make us resilient.
There is a flooding,
of grace restoring . . .
to help keep us from
hopelessly despairing.
There is an overflowing,
of grace comforting . . .
when from heartbreak
we are suffering.
There is an outpouring,
of grace restraining . . .
to overcome temptation
and from sin entertaining.
There is a flooding,
of grace sanctifying . . .
to  live our life’s holy
and not self-satisfying
There are many facets,
to God’s grace . . .
and Jesus showed them all
when He died in our place!
The Gospel of Grace ~
The Gospel of Grace ~ CHRISTian poetry by deborah ann
I believe in the Gospel of grace,
by faith and by faith alone . . .
I believe only through Jesus’ blood
the sins of mankind are atoned.
I believe grace cleanses,
the effects of evil and sin
I believe Jesus our very souls
died so them He could win.
I believe grace pardons,
the guilty and shamed face
I believe Jesus upon Himself
took the brunt of our disgrace.
I believe grace heals,
the hurt, the pain, the ache
I believe Jesus our hearts
can soften, reform and remake.
I believe grace gives rest,
to the depressed and friendless
I believe Jesus came to save
all who are lonely and hopeless.
I believe in the Gospel of grace,
by faith and nothing more . . .
I believe God’s gift of grace
redeems, heals and restores!
