Waiting Till God Answers ~

When not sure of what to do,
and God hasn’t answered you
when you’re feeling down and out
and you’re full of fear and doubt.

That’s the time you need to look,
for His promises in the Good Book
you’ll find the remedy for your needs
when to His Word your spirit heeds.

When you’re troubles take over you,
and worry surrounds all you do
when you’re down and feeling sad
and your anxieties mount and add.

That’s the time you need to pray,
asking the Lord to lead the way
He will show you where to go
and His directions you will know.

When you need answered prayer,
be still as you wait to hear
for God promises with His eye
to make for you the way clear!

Sometimes I want to stand,

Depressing Times ~

Depressing times,
takes a lot of hope
a true faith in God
to be able to cope.

For without faith,
hope there can’t be

in what we can’t see.

Discouraging seasons,
takes a lot of trust
it takes the believer
inside all of us.

For without trust,
there can’t be belief
for the hope of having
everlasting relief.

Time’s depressing,
season’s discouraging
takes faith, trust and hope
