We Are All Sinners ~

We’re all sinners,
each and every one
we all need the grace
of Christ Jesus, the Son.

We’re all fallen,
we all come up short
we all need the love
of Jesus in our heart.

We’re all evil,
filled with wickedness
we all need Jesus
to heal our sickness.

We’re all rebellious,
we all have gone astray
we all need the Life
the Truth and the Way.

We’re all sinners,
and the biggest one is me
but, from satan’s  hold
Jesus has set me free!

~~~~~~~~~~
Romans 3:23-24
For all have sinned,
and come short of the
glory of God;
Being justified freely by
his grace through the
redemption that is in
Christ Jesus:
1 Timothy 1:15
This is a faithful saying,
and worthy of all acceptation,
that Christ Jesus came into
the world to save sinners;
of whom I am chief.
Sticky Note to God ~06.15.19~
Good Morning Quote ~06.13.19~
Walking In That Valley ~
When I walk in that valley,
I’m not walking it alone
for Jesus will be with me
before He takes me home.
There will nothing to doubt,
not a shedding of a tear
for Jesus will be with me
to calm my every fear.
When into that valley,
I have to travel through
the only thing I’m keeping
will be heaven in my view.
No evil will be lurking,
in the shadows for me
for Jesus like a Shepherd
in front of me, will be.
When I go to that valley,
I’ll not walk it alone
for Jesus will see me
to my eternal home!
~~~~~~~~~

Psalm 23:4

Yea, though I walk through the valley
of the shadow of death, I will fear
no evil: for thou art with me;
thy rod and thy staff they comfort me.

The Well of Everlasting Life ~

When your mind is dry,
and your heart is parched
when you feel as if . . .
your soul’s been scorched.

Go to the well of life,
where hope flows freely
and Jesus will quench
the need you have deeply.

When your mind is panting,
and you heart is famished
when you feel as if . . .
your soul has been ravished.

Go to the well of life,
where grace freely streams
and accept Jesus’ gift
to forgive and redeem.

When your heart is heavy.
and your soul is laden in sin
the well of everlasting life . . .
will cleanse you from within!

~~~~~~~
John 4:13-14
Jesus answered and said unto her,
Whosoever drinketh of this water
shall thirst again:
But whosoever drinketh of the water
that I shall give him shall never thirst;
but the water that I shall give him shall
be in him a well of water springing up
into everlasting life.
Hat Juggling ~
We all wear various hats,
of miscellaneous kinds
we all have certain roles
that tie us down and bind.
But, when for the Lord,
we perform our tasks
He’ll help us balance them
when for His help we ask.
We all wear assorted hats,
of differing forms
we all have vast duties
each day we perform.
But, when for the Lord,
our commitments we fill
He will help us juggle them
with the strength to do His will
We all wear varying hats,
of different sorts and sizes
and in the end the Crown of Life
will be the one we prize!
Philippians 4:13
I can do all things through
Christ which strengtheneth me.
When At Last Jesus Returns ~
When at last Jesus returns,
He’ll bring with Him all the angels
up to the clouds He will call
the saints throughout the ages.
There’ll be a reuniting,
of all His sleeping saints
from the grave their bodies
and souls will reacquaint.
When at last Jesus returns,
there’ll be a loud command
the sounding of a trumpet
will be heard across the land.
Those who’ve been waiting,
will join their Savior in the air
as soon as they hear . . . .
the trumpet’s final warning blare.
When at last Jesus returns,
to paradise with Him we’ll go
where bliss and peace eternally
will gloriously forever flow!
~~~~~~

1 Corinthians 15:52

In a moment, in the twinkling of an eye,
at the last trump: for the trumpet shall
sound, and the dead shall be raised
incorruptible, and we shall be changed.

Just As Is ~

A little bit worn,
frayed and ripped
a little bit old
tattered and nicked.

A little bit used,
aged and weathered
a little bit sagged
faded and withered.

A little bit marked,
scuffed and grazed
a little bit confused
puzzled and dazed.

A little bit broken,
cracked and chipped
a little bit sheared
pruned and clipped.

But, Jesus loves me,
just as is . . .
and I’m so thankful
I am still one of His!

~~~~~~
Isaiah 46:4
“And even to your old age I am he;
and even to hoar hairs will I carry you:
I have made, and I will bear;
even I will carry, and will deliver you.”
The Face of God ~
The face of God,
I cannot see . . .
but it doesn’t deter
or discourage me.
For I still seek,
God and His face
each time I ask Him
for more of His grace.
The face of God,
is a mystery
but I can still feel
its trajectory.
He tracks His eyes,
to look after me
He steers His ears
to my every plea.
The face of God,
I can’t begin to picture
but, I know I’ll see it
in the near future!
~~~~~~~~

1 Corinthians 13:12

“For now we see through a glass,
darkly; but then face to face:
now I know in part; but then shall
I know even as also I am known.”

Salvation’s Healing Balm ~

He takes the broken strings,
wrapped around our heart
binds them with His love
and offers us a new start.

He knows our inward pain,
He sees our troubled mind
and gives the repented one
a new life in Him to find.

He takes our dishonor,
the sum of our disgrace
and wraps around our souls
the arms of His loving grace.

He offers consolation,
remembers our sins no more
heals us from our carnal wounds
then opens up pardon’s door.

He reconciles us to Him,
fills our stony hearts with calm
He soothes our shamefulness
with salvation’s healing balm!

~~~~~~~~
Psalm 147:3
“He heals the brokenhearted
and binds up their wounds.”
God Changes Us ~
God changes us,
from the inside out
dispels the fear
alleviates the doubt.
He gives a new heart,
full of hope and trust
so His very own Spirit
He can put into us.
God changes us,
from the outside in
till we no longer
 desire to commit sin.
He gives us faith,
in grace and grace alone
so we may trust Jesus
our sins will atone.
God changes us,
so He can abide
in the new Spirit ….
we now have inside!
~~~~~~~~~

Ezekiel 11:19

And I will give them one heart,
and I will put a new spirit within you;
and I will take the stony heart
out of their flesh, and will give them
an heart of flesh:

Ephesians 2:8-9

For by grace are ye saved
through faith; and that not of
yourselves: it is the gift of God:

Not of works, lest any man
should boast.

Oh, If I Could Fly Away ~

Oh, if I could fly away,
I’d soar into my Savior’s arms
there I would find my quiet rest
and be safe from all that harms.

I would take off and reside,
under the shadow of His wings
I’d be free from all the strife
living in this world often brings.

Oh, if I could fly away,
like an eagle I’d mount and rise
and climb to where His peace
would calm my fearful cries.

I would go right up to Him,
lay my burdens at His feet
and with Jesus I would find
my everlasting retreat.

Oh, if I could fly away,
if I had wings like a dove
I’d soar right up to heaven
and rest in His eternal love.

I would climb so ever high,
till I found His stillness
I would dive into His calm
and sop up His quietness.

Oh, if I could fly away,
I’d take you along with me . . .
and together we’d find rest
throughout all of eternity!

~~~~~~~~~
Psalm 55:6
“And I said, Oh that I had wings like a
dove! for then would I fly away, and be
at rest.”
Sticky Note From God~ 05.13.19~
Oh, To Know Your Future ~
Oh, to know your destiny,
is one full of peace
is to know your future
will never end or cease.
To realize the plans,
God for you has declared
is to know your future
Jesus has prepared.
Oh, to know all things,
for good will work out
is to know your future
holds no fear or doubt.
To discover the Way,
is the Truth and the Life
is to know your future
brings no eternal strife.
Oh, to know your destiny,
your future welfare
is to come to know Jesus . . .
will too be with you there!
~~~~~~~~

For I know the thoughts
that I think toward you,
saith the Lord, thoughts
of peace, and not of evil,
to give you an expected end.

Into Jesus ~

Into Jesus,
I’m pressing in
I’m confident
this race I’ll win.

I’m moving on,
going for the goal
I’m letting God
my life control.

Into Jesus,
I’m going farther
I’m growing faith
trusting harder.

I’m pressing on,
marching onward
I’m keeping my eyes
looking forward.

Into Jesus,
I’m going deeper
I’m making Jesus
my soul’s keeper!

I press toward the mark
for the prize of the high
calling of God in Christ Jesus.

Carry Me Lord ~

Lord, carry me upon Your grace,
until the day I see Your face . . .
and when I’m down and feeling low
let Your joy in me freely flow.

When I need a hand to hold,
give me Yours so I’ll be bold
and when I need a loving friend
be mine until the very end.

Lord, lift my spirits in Your love,
send Your mercies to me from above
and when I need a shoulder to cry on
let it be Your name that I call upon.

When I’m hurting and I’m in pain,
let Your strength be my restrain
and when it gets too much for me
help me to put my trust in Thee.

Lord, carry me upon Your grace,
so I may soar above all things
and if air You see me losing . . .
keep Your wings for me still moving!

his truth shall be thy shield and buckler.”

All Things Will Be New ~

All things new,
all things bright
all things perfect
all things right.

All things dark,
no longer to see
all things evil
no longer to flee.

All things good,
all things glorious
all things lovely
all things victorious.

All things wicked,
no longer to battle
all things vile
no longer to shackle.

All things to be made new,
all things will be bright
all things will be bathed
in Jesus’ perfect Light!

~~~~~~~~~
Revelation 21:5
And he that sat upon the throne
said, Behold, I make all things new.
And he said unto me, Write: for
these words are true and faithful.
Work Out Your Own Salvation ~
You can exercise,
every day at the gym
you can lift weights
to keep fit and trim.
But, if you’re not living,
a Godly life . . .
your soul will experience
eternal strife.
You can go to a clubhouse,
in the day or at night
you can keep your physic
noticeable strong and tight.
But, if you’re not working,
out your own salvation
you could be headed
for eternal damnation.
You can run a marathon,
or any other race
you can groom yourself
to take first place.
But, if you’re not training,
each day for Godliness
you just might miss out on . . .
having everlasting bliss!
~~~~~~~~

1 Timothy 4:8

“For bodily exercise profiteth little:
but godliness is profitable unto all
things, having promise of the life
that now is, and of that which is to come.

Let The Water Flow ~

Let the Water flow,
let it gush, let it spew
so it may bring Lord
more thirsty souls to You.

Let the Spirit burst forth,
let it flare, let it erupt
so it may save Lord
the depraved and corrupt.

Let the Truth spill out,
let it ooze, let it seep
so it may harness Lord
lost and wayward sheep.

Let the Light flood,
let it drench, let it surge
so that in Your grace Lord
sinful hearts can purge.

Let the Living Water flow,
let it gush, let it release
so that in You Lord . . .
all can find eternal peace!

~~~~~~
John 7:37-39
In the last day, that great day
of the feast, Jesus stood and cried,
saying, If any man thirst, let him
come unto me, and drink.
He that believeth on me,
as the scripture hath said,
out of his belly shall flow
rivers of living water.
(But this spake he of the Spirit,
which they that believe on him
should receive: for the Holy Ghost
was not yet given; because that
Jesus was not yet glorified.)
End Those Painful Memories ~
For some the battle rages,
deep inside their head
where memories of the past
fill them with fear and dread.
They hold on to the picture,
that paints a horrific view
of what people once did . . .
and what they still can do.
Jesus can fix those images,
locked up in your mind
He has a brighter landscape
for you to come and find.
There you’ll have a new life,
one that holds His peace
and those painful old pictures
will fade away and cease.
For some the past fills them,
with sadness, despair and dread
but with Jesus there’s hope . . .
for a joyful future ahead!
~~~~~~~~

Philippians 3:13-15

 Brethren, I count not myself
to have apprehended:
but this one thing I do,
forgetting those things
which are behind, and
reaching forth unto those
things which are before,

I press toward the mark for
the prize of the high calling
of God in Christ Jesus.

Let us therefore, as many as be
perfect, be thus minded: and
if in any thing ye be otherwise
minded, God shall reveal
even this unto you.

These Final Days ~

Fill us with hope Lord,
in these final days
keep us from following
the world’s wicked ways.

Fill us with trust Lord,
as the end draws near
keep our minds sober
our consciences clear.

Fill us with faith Lord,
in these perilous times
keeps our hearts pure
our souls fit and prime.

Fill us with peace Lord,
as Your return we await
keep our steps heading
towards the narrow gate.

Keep filling us Lord,
with hope, faith, peace and trust
keep our love for You . . .
till the end strong and robust!

~~~~~~
Timothy 3:1-7
This know also, that in the last
days perilous times shall come.
For men shall be lovers of their
own selves, covetous, boasters,
proud, blasphemers, disobedient
to parents, unthankful, unholy,
Without natural affection, trucebreakers,
false accusers, incontinent, fierce,
despisers of those that are good,
Traitors, heady, highminded,
lovers of pleasures more than
lovers of God;
Having a form of godliness,
but denying the power thereof:
from such turn away.
For of this sort are they which
creep into houses, and lead c
aptive silly women laden with sins,
led away with divers lusts,
Ever learning, and never able to
come to the knowledge of the truth.
Beyond The Cross ~
Beyond the cross,
there’s a glorious view
for in Jesus’ death . . .
all things are made new.
New beginnings,
fresh clean starts
eternal hope
to fill our hearts.
Beyond the cross,
there is new life
the end to sin
and worldly strife.
No more battles,
no more struggles
no more satan
causing troubles.
Beyond the cross,
there are no fears
no death, no pain
and no more tears.
Despair will end,
suffering will cease
there will only be
everlasting peace.
Beyond the cross,
hope springs anew
all because Jesus . . .
died for me and you!
~~~~~~~~~

Hebrews 12:2

“Looking unto Jesus
the author and finisher of our faith;

who for the joy that was set
before him endured the cross,

despising the shame,
and is set down at the
right hand of the throne of God.”

Jesus is the well of the living water, the Holy Spirit.

“It was the last and most important day of the Feast. Jesus stood up and spoke in a loud voice. He said, "Let anyone who is thirsty come to me and drink. Does anyone believe in me? Then, just as Scripture says, streams of living water will flow from inside him." When he said this, he meant the Holy Spirit. Those who believed in Jesus would receive the Spirit later. Up to that time, the Spirit had not been given. This was because Jesus had not yet received glory.” ‭‭(John‬ ‭7:37-39‬)
