The Cries Of The Heart~

The cries of the heart,
don’t fall on deaf ears
each one of them
God promises to hear.

The cry for a heart,
like one of His own
tells Him you long
to make it His home.

The cry for a heart,
open and teachable
tells Him it’s ready
to be searchable.

The cry for a heart,
to know His ways
tells Him you want
to be led each day.

The cry for a heart,
He can transform
tells Him you want
it to be His platform.

The cry for a heart,
that God can touch
says to Him . . .
I love You so much!

for Me a new heart.

I knew you would be,
someone who’d loved me

in what you can’t see.

and that My salvation

Deliverance ~

Deliverance,
atonement for sin
forgiveness divine
new life to begin.

Cancellation of debt,
remembering no more
new heart given to all
at salvation’s Door.

Redemption,
condemnation free
peace with God
unto eternity.

Reconciliation,
rebellion’s settlement
by grace through faith
the only requisite.

Deliverance,
God’s way to deal
with sin’s affects
so Jesus all could heal!

God Changes Us ~

God changes us,
from the inside out
dispels the fear
alleviates the doubt.

He gives a new heart,
full of hope and trust
so His very own Spirit
He can put into us.

God changes us,
from the outside in
till we no longer
 desire to commit sin.

He gives us faith,
in grace and grace alone
so we may trust Jesus
our sins will atone.

God changes us,
so He can abide
in the new Spirit ….
we now have inside!

A new spirit,

it’s one where grace
has truly blessed.

where has sin gotten you
let’s consider together
what you need to do.

Envision with Me,
your sins forgiven
a life of peace and joy
with Me up in heaven.

that is what I can give
to all who come to Me!

A New Heart ~

A new heart,
is quite a sight . . .
for it’s now full
of Jesus’ light.

It’s no longer bitter,
it now forgives
for no longer to self
does it now live.

It has assurance,
an inner desire
for the Holy Spirit
to lead and inspire.

It loves God’s Word,
it reads it each day
it seeks to follow
the narrow way.

It encourages others,
to come to the cross
it now understands
sin can’t be the boss.

It’s full of joy,
hope and trust
it no longer craves
after its former lust.

For it’s now humble,
lowly and meek
it knows without God
it is truly weak.

A new heart,
is easy to spot . . .
for the wisdom of God
it has finally got!
