I Have A Plan For You ~
I have a plan for you,
right from the start . . .
when I gave unto you
for Me a new heart.
I knew you would be,
someone who’d loved me
I knew you would believe
in what you can’t see.
I saw you were someone,
My gift would accept
and that My salvation
you would not reject.
I knew you were someone
who was humble and kind
I knew you’d loved Me
with all your soul and mind.
I have a plan for you,
now that you are Mine
a plan for a future hope
all by My divine design!

and I will take away the stony heart

God’s Plans For You ~
God’s plans for you,
are yours to discover . . .
they’re found in your Bible
from cover to cover.
A future of hope,
for you He has in store
once you open to Him
your seeking heart’s door.
Your life He will guide,
when you seek Him first
He’ll satisfy your needs
your hunger and thirst.
Once to Him you commit,
your steps He will guide
when directions you need
He’ll help you to decide.
God’s plans for you,
are easy to find . . .
but, first you must seek Him
with all your heart and mind!

but the Lord directeth his steps.

Sometimes God Nudges Me ~
Sometimes God nudges me,
to see if I am listening
to that still small voice
inside me whispering.
He wants to see if I’ll heed,
to His inaudible leading
to see if to His guidance
I’m willing to be yielding.
He applies gentle pressure,
in my heart and on my mind
to see if His plans for me
I’m willing to go and find.
He wants to see if I’ll ask,
to be by Him directed
and if by His wisdom
I’m willing to be perfected.
Sometimes God nudges me,
with whispers calm and sill
to see if I am willing . . . .
to really know His will!

but understanding what the
will of the Lord is.

Ditching Your Own Plans ~
As you get to know,
who God really is . . .
you’ll ditch your plans
and go after His.
For He has a purpose,
for you and your life
one filled with peace
not of earthly strife.
The more you understand,
just what is God’s will
the more of it to you
He will daily reveal.
For His plans will unfold,
the more of Him you seek
and you’ll see His purpose
the more you are meek.
God has a plan for you,
this you must not doubt
for in you He is working . . .
all good things out!

Starting A New Year ~
I’m starting a New Year,
putting the last behind . . .
for, God has a purpose
in this one for me to find.
I don’t know what it’ll be,
not sure where it’ll lead
but, God will guide me
as His word I read.
Not sure what to expect,
don’t yet know the direction
but, God will steer me
if I give Him my attention.
I don’t know what I will do,
so, I’m praying as I go . . .
for, I know God has a plan
and the way He will show.
I’m starting a New Year,
just like the one before . . .
trusting God with the future
whatever may be in store!

Lord, Remind Me Once Again ~
Remind me Lord again,
why You have me here . . .
come whisper Your plans
into my waiting ear.
Give to me the road map,
charting out the course
teach me to use Your Word
as my navigation source.
Remind me Lord again,
of Your purposes for me
draw out Your blueprint
for my eager eyes to see.
Tell me where I could go,
show me what I should do
instruct me how to put
all my faith and trust in You.
Remind me Lord again,
of Your purposes and plans
be my earthly guide . . .
for my life is in Your hands!

God’s Plans Never Mans ~
God’s plans,
never mans . . .
don’t succumb
to their demands.
God’s ways,
mans no how . . .
to their requests
never bow.
God’s desires,
mans resist . . .
to their passions
don’t enlist.
God’s thoughts,
mans no way . . .
don’t ever trust
what they say.
God’s ways,
mans never . . .
from their world
you must sever!

The Reason for My Hope
I believe in God,
in all of His glorious creation
I believe He made the heavens
and the earth's foundation.I believe that man,
came from but dust
I believe it's God's image
He puts into all of us.I believe that Satan,
is the cause for our fallen state
I believe it's still his lies
he uses on us to trap and bait.I believe that man's heart,
has always been cold and callous
I believe it's full of deceit
filled with ungodly malice.I believe in Jesus,
God's only begotten Son
I believe He died and rose again
for the sins of everyone.I believe in redemption,
from our wicked, evil ways
I believe it's the blood of the Lamb
that washes our sins away.I believe in God's love,

I also believe in hell . . .
I believe for eternity it's where
