For every trial,
God has a purpose
He has a plan . . .
before they surface.
He sends us tests,
deserving or not
to see how much
grace we have got.
It is up to us,
how we will react
whether our troubles
our faith will impact.
Some choose to grow,
resentful and bitter
some opt to make
their faith in God bigger.
For every trial,
God sends to us . . .
He’ll reveal the purpose
as we increase our trust!

God has a purpose,
He had a plan
before our lives
even began.
He knows all things,
for our own good
will work out
as He said they would.
But, we must love,
God and His ways
we must have a heart
that yields and obeys.
We need to know,
what is God’s will
we need to wait
and to be still.
God has a purpose,
but, it’s up to us
to heed the calling
of faith and trust!

Faith and trust,
go hand in hand
we need both
to firmly stand.
For without one,
the other dies
faithless trust
is hope’s demise.
Faith and hearing,
go together
so does reading
God’s written letter.
For without hearing,
faith will cease
without God’s Word
there is no peace.
Faith and sight,
is not about seeing
it is in all things . . .
to be God believing!

Lord, I need Your guidance,
I need to know Your will
I need You to show me
how to trust, when to be still.
I need sharp receptors,
that will always hear
Your voice of wisdom

that will always see

and we must believe
this to be true.
Lest to doubt,
we will succumb
and our faith . . .
will be humdrum.
He is planning,
a new path for us
and we must always
in Him trust.
Lest to temptation,

He is working,
out His perfect plan

Sometimes I don’t understand,
God’s plan or path for me
so by faith I will follow . . .
trusting Him for what I can’t see.
Sometimes I can’t envision,
where God wants me to go
so by faith I will follow . . .
believing the way He will show.
Sometimes, I do not hear,
what God desires me to do
so by faith I will follow . . .
praying He will give me a clue.
Sometimes I don’t get,
just what I am to do
so by faith I will follow . . .
til His light shines through

I believe in God,
in all of His glorious creation
