Mercy and truth have merged,
redemption found on the cross
righteousness and peace kissed
God’s justice cleanses the dross.
Truth was raised from the earth,
from death came resurrection
eternal life rose from the grave
bringing to God reconciliation.
Love looked down from above,
forgiveness imparted to each soul
hope shall make way for His steps
so in Him all can be made whole.
For those who are beholden,
to the Life, Truth and the Way
will jubilantly celebrate
with Jesus in heaven one day.
Mercy and truth came together,
righteousness and peace have kissed
all who by grace through faith believe
will have glorious, eternal bliss!

The power of the blood,
is our souls atonement
for Jesus became for us
our spiritual proponent.
His life and death brought,
with God reconciliation
for our sins Jesus suffered
shame and humiliation.
His blood has the power,
to cleanse us from all sin
to wash away the stains
they have left deep within.
The day He died for us,
was the day of justification
the cross on which He hung
was for our sanctification.
The power of the blood,
brings to all eternal peace
for Jesus died so we could be
from sin, finally released!

Oh, the precious blood of Jesus,
grace flowing from His brow
seeps with our salvation
God’s atonement for us now.
Oh, the precious blood of Jesus,
love pouring from His heart
trickles of blessed assurance
only God’s mercy can impart.
Oh, the precious blood of Jesus,
redemption running free
droplets of His forgiveness
reconciliation for you and me.

justification pours from within
each drip that is brought forth
covers each and every sin

God happens,
in the hardest of hearts
He brings new beginning
fresh spring-like starts.
God happens,
in the broken down soul
He brings reconciliation
makes everyone whole.
God happens,
in the darkest of spirits
He brings transformation
every sin He acquits.
God happens,
in the worst of us
He restores generations
when in Him ~ they trust.

new life gives hope to every sinner
who understands His dying breath.
Love looked down from heaven,
forgiveness was imparted to every soul
grace shall make way for His steps
so in Him all can be made whole.
Mercy and truth have come together,
on the Cross ~ Jesus paid the price
righteousness and peace finally kissed
and for all ~ Christ was the sacrifice!
