The Fruit Of Faith ~
The fruit of faith,
starts with a tiny seed
it’s uncompromising
both in word and deed.
It is steadfast,
to the True Vine it clings
it believes and trusts
in all the unseen things.
The fruit of faith,
is mountain moving
the hope it holds
is lively and bounding.
It is unshakable,
nothing can make it sway
it is committed
to the righteous way.
The fruit of faith,
keeps on growing
the more about Jesus
that it keeps knowing!

The Fruit Of Goodness ~
The fruit of goodness,
is having an upright heart
it wants to be a blessing
as soon as the day starts.
It is virtue in action,
the desire to do good deeds
it finds pleasure helping
others with their needs.
The fruit of goodness,
has a gracious attitude
one that understands
the gift of servitude.
It is selfless in nature,
it will drop everything
to help encourage others
with things life troubling.
The fruit of goodness.
sees the best in others
being kind and thoughtful
to it is never a bother!

The Fruit Of Gentleness ~
The fruit of gentleness,
is quiet and humble . . .
it doesn’t under its breath
mumble or grumble.
For it knows how to be,
appreciative and grateful
and for everything it is . . .
to God eternally thankful.
The fruit of gentleness,
isn’t one quarrelsome
it uses words that are clean
pleasant and wholesome.
It doesn’t get mad,
or try to get even
for in reasonableness
it heartily believes in.
The fruit of gentleness,
is mild and loving . . .
its words are always kind
and never soul crushing!

The Fruit Of Longsuffering ~
The fruit of longsuffering,
we all need to bear
to show to others
how much we care.
Care when they hurt,
or if having a bad day
we need to take time
to hear what they say.
The fruit of longsuffering,
we all need to carry
and to our own anger
we will need to bury.
For when with others,
we are ill-tempered
our lives to Jesus . . .
won’t be surrendered.
The fruit of longsuffering,
takes a lot of restraint
and over our impatience
we need to have constraint!

The Fruit Of Peace ~
The fruit of peace,
brings about rest
so that for God . . .
we can give our best.
For when we are calm,
we’ll be able to do
all the things God . . .
wants us to pursue.
The fruit of peace,
Jesus gave to us . . .
so over the big stuff
we don’t have to fuss.
For He came to give us,
serenity surpassing . . .
so our hearts and minds
will have hope increasing.
The fruit of peace,
brings to us tranquility
and gives to our faith . . .
a blissful stability!

The Reason for My Hope
I believe in God,
in all of His glorious creation
I believe He made the heavens
and the earth's foundation.I believe that man,
came from but dust
I believe it's God's image
He puts into all of us.I believe that Satan,
is the cause for our fallen state
I believe it's still his lies
he uses on us to trap and bait.I believe that man's heart,
has always been cold and callous
I believe it's full of deceit
filled with ungodly malice.I believe in Jesus,
God's only begotten Son
I believe He died and rose again
for the sins of everyone.I believe in redemption,
from our wicked, evil ways
I believe it's the blood of the Lamb
that washes our sins away.I believe in God's love,
I believe in His grace
I believe one day
God's judgement all will face.I believe in Heaven,
I also believe in hell . . .
I believe for eternity it's where
the unsaved will dwell.I believe in the hope,
Jesus imparts in me
I believe all can be saved
