Sing Your Praise ~

O sing of God’s goodness,
sing of His grace
sing about His mercies
for all to embrace.

Give God the glory,
give Him your praise
sing of the Savior
for you He raised.

Sing in your car,
sing in your home
sing in your shower
sing on the phone.

Sing in the morning,
sing in the night
sing of God’s wonder
sing of His light.

O sing to God’s honor,
sing of His name
today, tomorrow, forever
He’s always the same.

Sing while you work,
sing while you play
sing in the evening
sing through the day.

Sing in the storm,
sing in the calm
sing about His peace
sing of His healing balm.

O sing of God’s goodness,
sing ~ go ahead and sing
sing of His mercies
and the love He brings.

Give God the glory,
make Him your song
sing about your Savior
all the day long!

I Love September ~

I love September . . .
with all its golden leaves
I love watching as they flutter
to the ground upon the breeze.

Once brilliantly green,
clinging happily to a tree
now they fall like snowflakes
forming a golden sea.

Fresh and crisp underfoot,
my feet love to walk
on top of September’s path
where leaf’s begin to talk.

As summer drifts to sleep,
fall changes its golden color
and the full beauty of Autumn
unfolds all of its fiery wonder.

Soon the rains will come,
damping my beautiful Autumn
and the fallen leaves will melt
into Winter’s chilly slumber.

I love September . . .
with all its fallen leaves
I love how they remind me
to Jesus, I must always cleave!
