God Never Says Oops ~
God never says oops,
or I got that wrong
He never says sorry
I can’t make you strong.
He never says whew,
or that I made a mistake
God never says oh-no
you I will forsake
God never says my bad,
or I messed that up
He never says yikes
I can’t hold you up.
He never says I goofed,
or I made a misstep
God never says oh-phooey
don’t follow in my steps.
God never says fiddlesticks,
or what the tarnation . . .
He never says gee whiz
to those needing salvation!

As for God, his way is perfect:
the word of the Lord is tried:
he is a buckler to all those
that trust in him.

What Concerns You ~
What concerns you,
God will perfect . . .
all of your qualms
He’ll never reject.
For His steadfast love,
will never fail
you may be weak
but, He is never frail.
What disquiets you,
God will calm
all of your cares
put into His palm
For, He will provide,
new mercies each day
and make for you
from your troubles a way
What concerns you,
God will take care of . . .
for His mercy never ends
nor will His unfailing love!

his mercies never

The Kingdom of Heaven ~
The kingdom of heaven,
will soon be here . . .
the coming of our Savior
is drawing near.
Repent now my friend,
before it’s too late
for wide is the way
holding hell as your fate.
The kingdom of heaven,
will soon be at hand . . .
and one day before God
everyone will stand.
Confess now my friend,
of your every sin
so that the crown of life
at the end you will win.
The kingdom of heaven,
is on its way . . .
are you ready my friend
come judgment day!

Closer To The Lord ~
As I make my way,
to be to the Lord closer
there are many mountains
I will need to get over.
But, I know my feet,
must follow in His steps
if there to be planted
firmly in His concepts.
As I make my journey,
to the Lord to be nigher
there are many valleys
filed with muck and mire.
I’ll need Jesus to lead me,
through the hills and vales
until He has me staying
on His righteous trails.
As I make my way,
as I journey forward
all that I care about . . .
is to be closer to my Lord!

The Grace of Jesus ~
The grace of Jesus,
is empowering
it is uplifting
it is inspiring.
It is mighty,
it is powerful
in our lives
it is impactful.
It is sufficient,
it is ample
it helps us to be
strong and able.
The grace of Jesus,
is immeasurable
it has no limits
it is inseparable.
The grace of Jesus,
is abundant . . .
it can never be
called redundant!

The Reason for My Hope
I believe in God,
in all of His glorious creation
I believe He made the heavens
and the earth's foundation.I believe that man,
came from but dust
I believe it's God's image
He puts into all of us.I believe that Satan,
is the cause for our fallen state
I believe it's still his lies
he uses on us to trap and bait.I believe that man's heart,
has always been cold and callous
I believe it's full of deceit
filled with ungodly malice.I believe in Jesus,
God's only begotten Son
I believe He died and rose again
for the sins of everyone.I believe in redemption,
from our wicked, evil ways
I believe it's the blood of the Lamb
that washes our sins away.I believe in God's love,
I believe in His grace
I believe one day
God's judgement all will face.I believe in Heaven,
I also believe in hell . . .
I believe for eternity it's where
the unsaved will dwell.I believe in the hope,
Jesus imparts in me
I believe all can be saved
