If we are to remain,
abiding on the Vine
our life’s with Jesus
must intertwine.
If we are to abide,
in Jesus each day
we must be willing
to trust and obey.
If we are to stay,
connected to Him
we must allow Jesus
our branches to trim.
If we are to produce,
for Jesus good fruit
we must daily give
our ego’s a boot.
If we are to remain,
obey, produce and stay
then we must abide . . .
in His Word everyday.
~~~~~~
“I am the vine,
ye are the branches:
He that abideth in me,
and I in him,
the same bringeth
forth much fruit:
for without me
ye can do nothing.”
Amen! Glory to God. I did a deeper studies on this scripture and it blew my mind in a great way of course. It relates to spending time with God in prayer and His Word. The more we spend time with Him the more we become like Him and bear His fruits, of we don’t we won’t bear His fruits and will be cut off. Blessed & anointed poem. ❤
Thank you Tammy, I too have done a few Bible studies on the subject of abiding and it is a daily endeavor on our part!
