Today all is still and calm,
tomorrow may not be
for I can never know . . .
what God has in store for me.
It could be serene,
all might be tranquil
but, there’s no guarantee
tomorrow will be peaceful.
There is no crystal ball,
to predict the near future
no certainty tomorrow
will go any smoother.
When tomorrow comes,
I will not be fearful
in faith I will step out . . .
for the day I’ll be grateful.
Today all is still and calm,
tomorrow may not be . . .
but, whatever comes my way
I know Jesus will be with me!
~~~~~~~~
“Take therefore no thought for the morrow:
for the morrow shall take thought for the
things of itself. Sufficient unto the day
is the evil thereof.”
Oh my … There I go again 😀. Have had a lot of problems lately as I am working on my laptop and it freezes on me all the time. I will need to double check more often or just let you do it for me😉
Thanks again for being my spell checker….. God bless you!
Indeed, we never know what tomorrow will bring so why worry about it. It’s all in God’s hands anyway! ~ Have a blessed day with Jesus ~
