Seek ~

Seek and you shall find,
whenever you’re in doubt
turn to the Good Book
to find the answers out.

For in the Bible you’ll see,
what God wants of you
seek and you shall find
His light shining through.

Seek and you shall find,
love that is everlasting
when in uncertain times
all else is so contrasting.

Come to the throne of grace,
God is always the same
seek and you shall find
the power in His name.

Seek and you shall find,
the answers to your prayers
then find rest in knowing
Jesus has all your cares.

For Jesus came to save you,
from daily fear and strife
seek and you shall find
for yourself eternal life!

A New Day ~

Restore my soul Lord,
each and every day
establish my paths
along the way.

Rebuild my life Lord,
every morning anew
determine my course
so as I may follow you.

Repair my heart Lord,
at dawns early light
prove its intent is true
pleasing in Your sight.

Renew my mind Lord,
upon the rise of the sun
strengthen my awareness
so Your will may be done.

Refresh my spirit Lord,
as the stars slowly fade
as this is a new day
for me ~ You have made!

The Gift of Love ~

Before, I received the gift,
that forever changed my life
there was no hope or peace
only torment, conflict and strife.

I walked this earth alone,
I felt lost and forsaken
it was as if I were dead
my soul someone had taken.

I lived in constant fear,
my mind was full of doubt
I felt as if the whole world
had locked and shut me out.

But, then Jesus came,
and offered to me this gift
and as I accepted it
all my worries began to lift.

He gave me hope and faith,
as my heart opened to His love
He poured down grace and mercy
from the heavens up above.

Now I walk as one of His,
no longer am I in despair
for I know my Lord loves me
and my burdens He now bares.

Before, I embraced the gift of Jesus,
I was doomed for eternal hell
now I know with my Savior
in eternity with Him, I will dwell.
