To wonderful for words,
to glorious to explain . . .
is what God has in store
for those in Him who remain.
No one has ever seen,
no eyes have been given
a glimpse into paradise
for those who are forgiven.
To wondrous for the heart,
to marvelous for the mind
the glory God will bring
to those no longer blind.
No ear has ever heard,
no listener has received
the tones of pure delight
from those no more deceived.
To wonderful for words,
to glorious to understand . . .
the blissful sights and sounds
awaiting those who withstand!
~~~~~~~~~~
But as it is written,
Eye hath not seen,
nor ear heard,
neither have entered
into the heart of man,
the things which God
hath prepared for them
that love him.
