Unrepentant ~
Unrepentant,
hearts not yielding
in sin they still
are abiding.
Unremorseful,
minds unfit
to their lusts
they commit.
Unashamed,
souls not saved
care not how
they behave.
Unabashed,
darkness driven
see no need
to be forgiven.
Unrepentant,
need not be
if they’d only let . . .
Jesus set them free!

but the gift of God is eternal
life through Jesus Christ our Lord.”

Unashamed and Unafraid ~
Unashamed and unafraid,
tis what I want to be
oh, my sweet Savior
I want to be bold for Thee.
I want to be fearless,
brave and courageous
I want my love for You
to be to all contagious.
Unashamed and unafraid,
to tell the Gospel truth
for You my Lord, I want to be
a dauntless, daring sleuth.
I want to be audacious,
to feel no fear or shame
I want to be bold and daring
whenever I say your name.
Unashamed and unafraid,
Lord, tis all I want to be
my trust and faith in You
is all I want others to see!

“For I am not ashamed
of the gospel of Christ:
for it is the power of God
unto salvation to every one
that believeth;
to the Jew first,
and also to the Greek.
For therein is the
righteousness of God
revealed from faith to faith:
as it is written,
The just shall live by faith.”

Unashamed ~
I know that I offend you,
because I am a Christian
that you believe my Bible
is just a book of fiction.
I know that I upset you,
for believing the way I do
and that my faith in Jesus
doesn’t at all interest you.
I know that you’d prefer
I would just go away
that you don’t want to hear
what I might have to say.
But I cannot ever stop,
confessing what I believe
and it is my honest prayer
one day Jesus you’ll receive.
For, to me it’s a matter,
of eternal life and death
so I will confess my faith
unashamed til my dying breath!

Timothy 1:8
King James Version
“Be not thou therefore ashamed
of the testimony of our Lord,
nor of me his prisoner:
but be thou partaker of the afflictions
of the gospel according to
the power of God;”
