Grace to The Rescue ~

Grace restores,
the broken pieces
fills in the cracks
smooths the creases.

Grace heals,
the heart that aches
mends the wounds
patches the scrapes.

Grace renews,
the mind unraveled
reinforces the thoughts
that have been tangled.

Grace reaffirms,
the soul wanting
provides the strength
brings the calming.

Grace restores,
heals and renews
Grace always comes
to our rescue!

Call on Jesus ~

Sometimes we call 911,
when there’s an emergency
sometimes we call our friends
when there’s an urgency.

Sometimes we call our doctor,
when we’re not feeling well
sometimes we call our pastor
when troubles begin to swell.

Sometimes we call a lawyer,
when we think there’s no hope
sometimes we call a counselor
when we’re unable to cope.

Sometimes we call our neighbor,
just for a cup of kindness
sometimes we call our family
for a little bit of guidance.

But, whoever calls on the Lord,
will have all these things
for, He’ll rescue, deliver, heal
no matter what life brings.

So, when you need assistance,
call on Jesus right away . . .
then rest in the knowledge
help is on the way!
