Faith Invincible,
is a faith strong
it rejoices even when
things go wrong.
It is unbeatable,
nothing tears it down
it rejoices even when . . .
troubles come around.
Faith invincible,
is a faith robust
for it knows in God
to always put its trust.
It is unstoppable,
when satan attacks
it is indestructible
for hope it never lacks.
Faith invincible,
is a faith durable
it rejoices in all things . . .
for it is unmovable!

James 1:3

of your faith worketh patience.

and again I say, Rejoice.

I trust in God,
His mercy for me
my hope is in . . .
what I can’t see.
My faith is set,
on things above
my heart rests
on eternal love.
I rely on God,
for what is good
my soul rejoices
just as it should.
My future’s solid,
on the Rock I stand
by faith I hold on
to His mighty hand.
I trust in God,
hope in things to come
my soul’s destined . . .
to enter, His kingdom!

How could there be joy in suffering,
what good can come from pain?
How can there be rejoicing,
when there’s only loss, and not gain?
How could there be thanksgiving,
what good can come from tribulation?
How can there be gratefulness,
when there’s only deep affliction?
How could there be praise,
what good can come from misery?
How can there be worship,
when there’s no longer liberty?
How could there be gladness,
what good can come from persecution?
How can there be happiness,
when there’s some facing execution?
How could there be joy in suffering,
what good can come from all this pain?
Ah, is it because we believe . . .
one day, Jesus will come to reign?

1 Peter 1:6-7
“Wherein ye greatly rejoice,
though now for a season,
if need be, ye are in heaviness
through manifold temptations:
That the trial of your faith,
being much more precious
than of gold that perisheth,
though it be tried with fire,
might be found unto praise
and honour and glory at the
appearing of Jesus Christ:”

A hope renewed,
a joy emerges
when sin from soul
the Light purges.
The heart rejoices,
an answered prayer
no longer caught
in Satan’s snare.
A hope renewed,
a life forever changed
a prodigal child
no longer estranged.
A mind transformed,
the spirit set free
out from the darkness
comes a joyous glee.
A hope renewed,
a faith restored
a wandering one
now follows the Lord!

Unto us a Son was given,
~ Rejoice this CHRISTmas day ~
a gift from God to you and I
the Truth, the Light, the Way.
To the world a Savior’s born,
~ Rejoice this CHRISTmas day ~
He fills the soul’s hunger pain
the Bread, the Life, the Way.
To every heart bound in sin,
~ Rejoice this CHRISTmas day ~
the gift of grace will set you free
the Christ, the Lord, the Way.
To thirsty souls everywhere,
~ Rejoice this CHRISTmas day ~
drink from the Fountain of Life
the Grace, the Mercy, the Way.
To all those who are heavy-laden,
~ Rejoice this CHRISTmas day ~
for He is the Prince of our Peace
the Door, the Lamb, the Way.
Rejoice on this CHRISTmas day,
your Lord and Savior is here
rejoice, I say again rejoice
let His birth bring your heart cheer.

There are too many Christians,
with long and mopey faces
who go around as if . . .
they don’t know about God’s graces.
When you meet them on the street,
they are always looking down
they walk as if . . .
they don’t carry God’s joy around.
Their smiles are thin and forced,
their eyes are dull and gray
their faces look as if . . .
they haven’t rejoiced a single day.
When you sit and talk to them,
their voices are low and depressed
they speak as if . . .
their happiness has been suppressed.
They can’t seem to understand,
the joy that you feel
they think as if . . .
you took some kind of a happy pill.
But as Christians ~ we’re to be joyful,
no matter what comes our way
for we know there are no “ifs” about
the One who strengthens us each day!

Rejoice, I say rejoice,
in everything have hope
don’t just sit around
lest you turn into a mope.
See how content I am,
see that look on my face
that’s the look of patience
for I’m resting in God’s grace.
I know the importance,
to pray about everything
so I don’t worry about
what tomorrow’s gonna bring.
Rejoice, I say rejoice,
be patient in all tribulation
pray to the Lord of your hope
and join me in my jubilation!
