With God Nothing is Too Hard ~

Nothing is Too Hard ~ CHRISTian poetry by deborah ann

What is impossible,
for me and you
to God it’s not
too hard to do.

There is no promise,
God can’t fulfill
there is no fear
He can’t distill.

There is no prayer,
God can’t answer
there is no storm
He can’t anchor.

There is no problem,
God can’t resolve
there is no sin
He can’t absolve.

There is no place,
God can’t send revival
there is no enemy
He can’t bridle.

What is too hard,
for each one of us
is much easier . . .
when in God we trust!

~~~~~
Genesis 18:14
“Is any thing too hard for the Lord?
At the time appointed I will return
unto thee, according to the time of
life, and Sarah shall have a son.”
Jeremiah 32:17
“Ah Lord God! behold, thou hast made
the heaven and the earth by thy great
power and stretched out arm, and there
is nothing too hard for thee:”
Stress Not ~
Stress Not ~ CHRISTian poetry by deborah ann
I’ve got worries,
but I’m not stressing
instead into God . . .
I’ll be hard pressing.
I’ve got problems,
God has a perfect plan
so I’m just leaving . . .
all of them in His hand.
I’ve got difficulties,
but, I’m not complaining
instead close to God . . .
I’ll keep on remaining.
I’ve got troubles,
God has an out for me
so I’ll just be waiting . . .
until one of them I see.
I’ve got worries,
but I’m not stressing
for I trust God’s working . . .
on sending me a blessing!
~~~~~~~~~~~

Matthew 6:25-26

‘Therefore I say unto you,
Take no thought for your life,
what ye shall eat, or what ye
shall drink; nor yet for your body,
what ye shall put on. Is not the
life more than meat,
and the body than raiment?

Behold the fowls of the air:
for they sow not, neither do
they reap, nor gather into barns;
yet your heavenly Father feedeth
them. Are ye not much better
than they?”

Go To God ~

God is Faithfull by Nathan Vanhorn CreationSwap

When facing adversity,
when problems are all about
don’t try on your own
to figure them all out.

Don’t worry over them,
or guess at what to do
don’t come up with a scheme
or reason your way through

Instead ~ go to God,
trust Him with your cares
believing He will answer
the desires of your prayers.

Then walk out in faith,
and see where He will lead
sing to Him your praises
till He satisfies your need!

~~~~~~~~~~~
Psalm 9:10
King James Version
“And they that know thy name
will put their trust in thee:
for thou, Lord, hast not
forsaken them that seek thee.”
You Can Climb Your Mountain ~
Mountain BanffRon by Ron Manke free photo #5744
I’ve climbed that mountain,
I’ve been to the top
I saw the valley below
I saw how far the drop.
I made it anyway,
I was able to overcome
all the obstacles before me
I was able to overrun.
I didn’t do it alone,
God was with me all the way
He gave me  the power
for which I praise Him today.
You can climb your mountain,
you too can reach the peak
just take Jesus with you
so to be strong and not weak!
~~~~~~~~~~~~~

2 Corinthians 12:10
King James Version

“Therefore I take pleasure in infirmities,
in reproaches, in necessities, in persecutions,
in distresses for Christ’s sake:
for when I am weak, then am I strong.”

Our Burden Bearer ~

cast-all-your-burdens-to-the-lord CHRISTian poetry by deborah belka

Lord, our burden bearer,
take from us our care
take away the heaviness
our tired hearts wear.

Take from us our weariness,
take from us our trouble
take away the listlessness
our tired souls battle.

Take from us our load,
take from us the heavy weight
take away the problems
on our tired minds that grate.

Take from us our pain,
take from us the deep ache
take away all the sorrow
and heal our heartbreak!

~~~~~~~~~
Psalm 55:22
King James Version
“Cast thy burden upon the Lord,
and he shall sustain thee:
he shall never suffer the righteous to be moved.”
Love and Marriage?
therefore-what-god-has-joined-together-CHRISTian poetry by deborah ann
Spouse not listening,
doesn’t hear what you say
thinking of parting . . .
going off your own way?
Wife doesn’t get you,
always nagging and complaining
thinking of finding . . .
a relationship more sustaining?
Husband mad and angry,
always yells and screams
thinking of looking . . .
for the man of your dreams?
Children too stubborn,
rebellious and defiant
thinking of going . . .
so they’ll be more compliant?
In-laws causing problems,
always meddling in your life
thinking of departing. . .
to put an end to the strife?
Every marriage,
brings irritation and frustration
but if  you call it quits . . .
it’ll bring spiritual starvation.
For, what God has put together,
He doesn’t want to see fall apart
your marriage He can heal . . .
if you let Him, take hold of your heart!
~~~~~~~~~~

Matthew 19:6
King James Version

“Wherefore they are no more twain, but one flesh.
What therefore God hath joined together,
let not man put asunder.”

A Place Called Hard ~

A Place Called Hard ~ CHRISTian poetry by deborah ann
Lord, I have me a mountain,
I need You to remove
I have me a situation
only You can improve.

I got me a dilemma,
that needs to be resolved
I have me a problem
I need You to be involved.

Lord, I have me a river,
it’s as wide as it is deep
I have me a complication
that I don’t want to keep.

 I have a clear view,
of the storm that’s ahead
I have me an idea
it’s going to be widespread.

Lord, I’m between a rock,
and a place called hard
I am going to need You
to be my safeguard!

~~~~~~~~
Proverbs 3:5-6
King James Version
“Trust in the Lord with all thine heart;
and lean not unto thine own understanding.
In all thy ways acknowledge him,
and he shall direct thy paths.”
In His Hands ~
In His Hands ~ CHRISTian poetry by deborah ann
Sometimes problems come,
changing all our plans . . .
making it ever clearer
all things are in God’s hands.
Hands that long to hold,
to comfort and to console
hands that want to heal
the ache within the soul.
Hands that desire to reach,
far into the heart and mind
hands that hold perfect peace
for anxious ones to find.
Hands that crave to embrace,
grieving hearts in the night
hands that hunger to lead
the lost into His saving light.
Hands that are capable,
hands confident and sure
hands that calm the storms
hands that holds life’s cure.
Sometimes problems come,
and we must change our plans
so that we may come to rest . . .
in His almighty hands!
~~~~~~~~

Psalm 37:24
King James Version

“Though he fall, he shall not be utterly cast down:
for the Lord upholdeth him with his hand.”

Shipwrecked ~

Shipwrecked ~ CHRISTian poetry by deborah ann
When the wind’s been taken out,
from under the sails of your life
when overcome by the high seas
causing you so much strife.

When the boat you’re in,
springs a slow and steady leak
when the waters you’re treading
make you feel faint and weak.

When the ship you’re steering,
turns into a total wreck . . .
when the water’s start to rise
just below your neck.

When all you have left is a dingy,
but the paddles can’t be found
when your longing for the safety
that comes on solid ground.

When you’re ready to give up,
before you abandon ship . . .
turn the helm over to Jesus
and He’ll keep you in His grip!

~~~~~~~~~
Acts 27:31
King James Version
“Paul said to the centurion
and to the soldiers,
Except these abide in the ship,
ye cannot be saved.”
I Can Climb This Mountain ~
Mountain BanffRon by Ron Manke free photo #5744
I know I can do this,
I am sure that I can . . .
I can climb up this mountain
I know that I can.
I can scale over this burden,
I can get up over this wall
I can climb up this mountain
without fearing that I’ll fall.
I can ascend over this problem,
I can move beyond the panic
I can climb up this mountain
and not give in to being frantic.
I know I can do this,
I am sure that I can . . .
I can climb up this mountain
I know that I can.
I can get over this obstacle,
I can go further,  I am sure
I can climb up this mountain
and still feel safe and secure.
I can rise above this trial,
I can soar up even higher
I can climb up this mountain
and do what is required.
I know I can do this,
I know for sure that I can . . .
I can climb up this mountain
I know with Jesus that I can!
~~~~~~~~~~

Matthew 19:26
King James Version

“But Jesus beheld them, and said unto them,
With men this is impossible;
but with God all things are possible.”

Marc Minter

Jesus is the well of the living water, the Holy Spirit.

“It was the last and most important day of the Feast. Jesus stood up and spoke in a loud voice. He said, "Let anyone who is thirsty come to me and drink. Does anyone believe in me? Then, just as Scripture says, streams of living water will flow from inside him." When he said this, he meant the Holy Spirit. Those who believed in Jesus would receive the Spirit later. Up to that time, the Spirit had not been given. This was because Jesus had not yet received glory.” ‭‭(John‬ ‭7:37-39‬)
