A Joyful Heart ~

A joyful heart,
is a good thing . . .
when life’s hardships
begin to burn and sting.

It will lift you up,
when you are down
it’ll help you to mend
heal and rebound.

A joyful heart,
is a good feature
it is one of life’s
adversity teachers.

It will show you how,
to rejoice and sing
when tests and trials
to you life brings.

A joyful heart,
is a cure all . . .
when you let praise
from your lips fall!

Philippians 4:4

Faith Invincible ~

Faith Invincible,
is a faith strong
it rejoices even when
things go wrong.

It is unbeatable,
nothing tears it down
it rejoices even when . . .
troubles come around.

Faith invincible,
is a faith robust
for it knows in God
to always put its trust.

It is unstoppable,
when satan attacks
it is indestructible
for hope it never lacks.

Faith invincible,
is a faith durable
it rejoices in all things . . .
for it is unmovable!

Grouchy-Ville ~

Some people live in,
grouchy-ville . . .
where every day looks
to them all up hill.

They are always in,
a grumpy mood
over every thing
they like to brood.

Some people live in,
happiness-ville . . .
where every day looks
to them all down hill.

They are always giving,
God their worldly care
over everything they go
daily to Him in prayer.

Some people live in,
the mood of their choice
but the best place to dwell  . . .
is in the ville-of-rejoice!

Opt For Joy ~

 

Opt for joy,
it will not disappoint
if you do
it’ll be a turning point.

For joy always brings,
a sense of relief
as you give to Jesus
the cause of your grief.

Prefer joyfulness,
over being downtrodden
let the love of Jesus
make your smile broaden.

For happiness is a choice,
each day we can make
and rejoicing in the Lord
will cause a grin to break.

Choose joy,
you’ll be happier if you do
then just watch what Jesus  . . .
is willing to do for you!
