In God’s Hands ~

In God’s hands,
I clearly fit
by His own fingers
my soul He did knit.

For in the womb,
they formed me
just like the pod
of a pea.

In God’s hands
I want to stay
and be to Him
a piece of clay.

For He molded,
my heart in them
just like the bud
on top of a stem.

In God’s hands,
I perfectly fit
for by them He put
His own spirit!

Isaiah 64:8

But now, O Lord, thou art our father;
we are the clay, and thou our potter;
and we all are the work of thy hand.

John 1:3

All things were made by him;
and without him was not any
thing made that was made.

Jeremiah 1:5a

Before I formed thee
in the belly I knew thee

Like Putty In His Hands ~

When God’s plans for you,
He begins to unfold
you’ll see there’s nothing
from you He’ll withhold.

For all of His planning,
will reveal to you
the exact endeavors
He wants you to pursue.

When God’s purposes for you,
He begins to unveil
you’ll find your life to Him
you will want to avail.

For all of His purposes,
will divulge to you His will
and His designs for you
you will want to fulfill.

When God’s begins to disclose,
for you His purposes and plans
you’ll find yourself becoming . . .
just like putty in His hands!

we are the clay,
and thou our potter;
and we all are the

The Hands that Mold You ~

The Hands That Mold You ~ CHRISTian poetry by deborahann ~Mold ~ IBible Verses

The hands longing to mold you,
will never let you fall . . .
they will always lift you up
when on them you call.

They will uphold you,
when you’re feeling weak
in love they’ll enfold you
when their comfort you seek.

The hands wanting to mold you,
are steady and oh, so strong
if you trust in their power
nothing can or will go wrong.

They will wrap around you,
in them courage you will find
they’ll defend and protect you
bring to you peace of mind.

The hands desiring to mold you,
will never let you fall . . .
for they belong to our Father
who wants to save one and all!

If God is the Potter ~

You Are God Masterpiece used with permission IBible Verses

If God is the potter,
shouldn’t we be more pliable
so He could mold us to Him
to be more flexible?

If God is the potter,
shouldn’t we rest in His hands
so He could mold into us
His purpose and plans?

If God is the potter,
shouldn’t we be more adaptable
so He could mold us to be
for Him more workable?

If God is the potter,
shouldn’t we trust Him in all things
so He could mold into us hope
no matter what this life brings.

If God is the potter,
shouldn’t we me more bendable
so He can mold us to see
on Him we need to be dependable?

If God is the potter,
shouldn’t we be the obedient clay
so He can mold into us all
His truths and His way?

Hand Molded ~

Hand molded,
each little curve
made with love
so God we can serve.

Formed out of clay,
a vessel to be used
in our hearts . . .
God’s Spirit was fused.

God is the Potter,
Christ is the mold
and His ways . . .
we’re to keep and hold.

Sometimes we crack,
under the pressure
but God will restore
for we’re His treasure.

Hand molded,
grace’s transformation
renewed in His love
by His sanctification!

The Potter’s Hands ~

thank-you-for-shaping-my-life CHRISTian poetry by deborah ann

The Potter’s hands are calm,
while He molds us in His love
He crafts each single vessel
with His mercy from above.

No two vessels look-alike,
each is unique in His sight
He sculpts us  individually
for His joy and His delight.

The Potter takes our souls,
spins them on His wheel
so He can shape each of us
to know His perfect will.

Each vessel is a work of art,
made in the labor of His grace
He lovingly knows each of us
by the silhouette of our face!

We are the clay, and You our potter;
And all we are the work of Your hand.
