God doesn’t sleep,
nor catches forty-winks
His eyes are always open
they never even blink.
He’s constantly aware,
attentive and watchful
His attitude towards us
is so ever thoughtful.
God doesn’t snooze,
nor nap, like a cat
His eyes are upon us
wherever we are at.
His vision never clouds,
He sees things perfectly
He watches over us
with a gaze intensely.
God doesn’t sleep,
slumber He does not
forever He keeps us . . .
in His every thought!
