A joyful heart,
is a good thing . . .
when life’s hardships
begin to burn and sting.
It will lift you up,
when you are down
it’ll help you to mend
heal and rebound.
A joyful heart,
is a good feature
it is one of life’s
adversity teachers.
It will show you how,
to rejoice and sing
when tests and trials
to you life brings.
A joyful heart,
is a cure all . . .
when you let praise
from your lips fall!

Hi Deborah, I so love your messages that I receive every day. I am really blessed by your posts. I especially liked this post about hope. I have written a book (Discover Joy on the Journey and Don’t Let It Go) and was really blessed by that post.
