Show Someone Some Grace ~
Show someone today,
some grace, regardless . . .
so it can work through
your own heart’s hardness.
Think about Jesus,
and what He did for you
then His love will flow . . .
from right inside of you.
Show them some mercy,
even if it, you don’t feel
so that any bitterness
in your soul it can heal.
Think about your Father,
how daily it He releases
then watch how your own
forgiveness increases.
In others time of need,
show some grace and mercy
even if you don’t think . . .
of it, they are even worthy!

unto the throne of grace,
that we may obtain mercy,
and find grace to help in
time of need.

Talk to Me Lord, Talk To Me ~
Talk to me Lord, talk to me,
for my world’s shaking apart
and the winds of adversity
are blowing thru my heart.
Talk to me Lord and tell me,
the way You’d have me to go
speak to me thru Your Spirit
so Your path I may know.
Talk to me Lord, talk to me,
make with me a connection
for I am counting on You
to give me Your direction.
Talk to me Lord and lead me,
as I go about my way
tell me to go right or left
I need Your guidance today.

let not pride keep us apart
be that still small voice . . .
speaking to my shaken heart!

Troubled Believer ~
Troubled believer,
oh, anxious one . . .
fear and apprehension
has you on the run.
Worried about the past,
unsure of the future
the insecurities of life
you still feed and nurture.
Burdened believer,
oh, fretful one . . .
the impacts of your choices
cannot be undone.
Frustrations about today,
not sure the way to go
from your past decisions
still being tossed to and fro.
Troubled believer,
take your burdens to the cross
then in the pit of regret . . .
you will not get lost!

he will have compassion
upon us; he will subdue our
iniquities; and thou wilt cast
all their sins into
the depths of the sea.
Remember ye not the former things,
neither consider the things of old.
Behold, I will do a new thing;
now it shall spring forth;

I’m Not Letting Go ~
Lord, I’m not letting go,
until my prayer You hear
I am not going to stop
beseeching in Your ear.
I will stop at nothing,
even if I have to beg
I will not give up . . .
even if on my last leg.
Lord, I’m not letting go,
until I hear from You
I’m going to keep praying
even if my face turns blue.
I will continue pleading,
as long as it takes
I will stay on my knees
even if my back breaks.
Lord, I am not letting go,
unless You bless me . . .
until I get an answer
I will be sticking by Thee!

Embracing God’s Promises ~
Embracing the promises,
God has for all of us . . .
takes a journey into
a deeper faith and trust.
For we need to believe,
all things He’ll supply
that none of our needs
will He ever deny.
Embracing the provisions,
God has for us each day
takes a heart willing
to beseech and pray.
For we need to petition,
Him for our daily bread
so that our souls
can be constantly fed.
Embracing the promises,
of a God who is faithful . . .
takes a life to Jesus
that’s eternally grateful!

The Reason for My Hope
I believe in God,
in all of His glorious creation
I believe He made the heavens
and the earth's foundation.I believe that man,
came from but dust
I believe it's God's image
He puts into all of us.I believe that Satan,
is the cause for our fallen state
I believe it's still his lies
he uses on us to trap and bait.I believe that man's heart,
has always been cold and callous
I believe it's full of deceit
filled with ungodly malice.I believe in Jesus,
God's only begotten Son
I believe He died and rose again
for the sins of everyone.I believe in redemption,
from our wicked, evil ways
I believe it's the blood of the Lamb
that washes our sins away.I believe in God's love,
I believe in His grace
I believe one day
God's judgement all will face.I believe in Heaven,
I also believe in hell . . .
I believe for eternity it's where
the unsaved will dwell.I believe in the hope,
Jesus imparts in me
I believe all can be saved
