Beam Me Up Lord ~
Beam me up Lord,
I am so ready to leave
there’s nothing here
onto which I cleave.
I’m willing to give up,
everything I own
so I may go with You . . .
to my eternal home.
I’m happy to vacate,
on earth my little space
so I can be with You
in a more peaceful place.
Take me to the room,
You’ve prepared for me
so with You in heaven . . .
I may forever be.
Beam me up Lord,
I’m so ready to depart
for, I no longer want . . .
in this world to be a part!

from heaven with a shout,
with the voice of the archangel,
and with the trump of God:
and the dead in Christ shall rise first:
Then we which are alive
and remain shall be caught
up together with them
in the clouds, to meet the Lord

A Touch Of His Hem ~
When I saw Him from a distance,
I ran and followed after Him
for, I believed all I needed . . .
was just a touch of His hem.
For years I’ve been scorned,
shunned by those around me
so I hid myself in the crowd
hoping my shame He wouldn’t see.
As He passed by I reached down,
and took from Him my cure . . .
for, I believed this man named Jesus
would heal me if my faith was pure.
He called me His daughter,
when my trust in Him I revealed
and from that very moment
from my disease I was healed.
He bid to me to go in good comfort,
saying my faith had made me whole
for, I believe as I touched His hem . . .
He imparted favor right into my soul.
There is a lesson to my story,
don’t be ashamed of your illness or sin
for Jesus still heals today . . .
if you let Him touch you from within!

which was diseased with an issue
of blood twelve years,
came behind him, and touched
the hem of his garment:
For she said within herself,
If I may but touch his garment,
I shall be whole.

That Still Small Voice ~
The winds started to roar,
they gusted all about
causing in me . . .
a trembling of doubt.
Then the earth quaked,
it shook and it broke
causing in me . . .
to nearly have a stroke.
Then a fire started up,
flames were all around
causing in me . . .
to have a near breakdown.
But, then came a calm,
and I started to hear
a still small voice . . .
whispering in my ear.
For, God didn’t speak to me,
in the sounds terrifying
but in the rustlings . . .
that were faith fortifying!

And he said, Go forth, and stand
upon the mount before the Lord.
And, behold, the Lord passed by,
and a great and strong wind rent
the mountains, and brake in pieces
the rocks before the Lord; but the
Lord was not in the wind: and after
the wind an earthquake;
but the Lord was not in the earthquake:
And after the earthquake a fire;
but the Lord was not in the fire:
and after the fire a still small voice.

When The Grass Browns ~
When on the other side,
the grass starts to brown
when the green fades
and all you see is ground.
That’s when you’ll find,
the fence doesn’t matter
it’s just your credit cards
that have become fatter.
When your envy pales,
and is no longer green
and your savings account
has become too lean.
That’s when you’ll know,
jealousy is a fickle thing
and true happiness
it can never bring.
For when we learn,
how to be truly content
over what others possess
will no longer torment!

Tests And Trials ~
When pain and heartache,
come knocking at your door
when you feel as if . . .
you can’t take it anymore.
Think it not strange,
for Jesus said He knew
all about the suffering
we would go through.
When tests and trials,
come blowing around
when you feel as if . . .
you’ll never rebound.
Think it not odd,
for Jesus warned us
we will face troubles
even if in Him we trust.
When your are suffering,
consider Jesus suffered too
yet, He remained faithful . . .
just as we must also do!

Beloved, think it not strange
concerning the fiery trial which
is to try you, as though some
strange thing happened unto you:
Wherefore let them that suffer
according to the will of God
commit the keeping of their
souls to him in well doing,
as unto a faithful Creator.

The Reason for My Hope
I believe in God,
in all of His glorious creation
I believe He made the heavens
and the earth's foundation.I believe that man,
came from but dust
I believe it's God's image
He puts into all of us.I believe that Satan,
is the cause for our fallen state
I believe it's still his lies
he uses on us to trap and bait.I believe that man's heart,
has always been cold and callous
I believe it's full of deceit
filled with ungodly malice.I believe in Jesus,
God's only begotten Son
I believe He died and rose again
for the sins of everyone.I believe in redemption,
from our wicked, evil ways
I believe it's the blood of the Lamb
that washes our sins away.I believe in God's love,
I believe in His grace

I believe for eternity it's where
