On My ROCKing Chair ~

On my ROCKing chair,
I’m sitting peacefully
rocking to and fro
oh, so ever calmly.

Though, I have worries,
I haven’t me a care
for while I am rocking
God listens to my prayer.

On my ROCKing chair,
I’m sitting comfortably
rocking back and forth
oh, so ever enjoyably.

Though, I have troubles,
I’m rocking all the same
for I’m so confident
as I call upon His name.

On my ROCKing chair,
I’m sitting quietly
rocking up and down
oh, so ever serenely.

Though, I have problems,
I’m gonna keep rocking
for God’s got me an answer
and soon He’ll be talking.

On my ROCKing chair,
I’m trusting and believing
for I know His response . . .
soon I’ll be receiving!
