An Everlasting Hope ~

My hope is a lively one,
it can not be obliterated
it’s an everlasting hope
it cannot be eliminated.

Though insults fly by me,
from every which way . . .
my hope encourages me
not to care what others say.

My hope is a proven one,
it cannot be canceled
it’s a steadfast hope
it cannot get trampled.

Though daily there is grief,
believing the way I do
my hope gives me peace
no mater what others spew.

My hope is an active one,
it cannot be ostracized
it is a fighting hope . . .
it cannot be victimized.

It is an embolden hope,
though it be protested . . .
my hope is a golden one
for in Jesus it’s invested!
