Give thanks to God,
no matter how you feel
give to Him your praise
as before Him you kneel.
Show Him your gratitude,
in whatever you do
no matter your situation
your praise will uplift you.
Give thanks to the Lord,
for His loving kindness
give to Him your praise
for all of His goodness.
Show Him your appreciation,
through good times and bad
no matter your circumstance
for His mercy always be glad.
Give God your thanks,
in your prayer and pleas
whether you are standing
or down on your knees!
