Thank You Lord,
for giving me
a place to go
when I’m weary.
A quiet spot,
for my mind
and Your peace
to come in line.
Thank You Lord,
for meeting me
when to You
I run and flee.
A hidden retreat,
for my heart
so more grace
You can impart.
Thank You Lord,
for being there
when I bring You
my daily care!
~~~~~~~
“The name of the Lord
is a strong tower:
the righteous runneth
into it, and is safe.”
