We all need the blood,
to wash away our sin
we all need cleansing
from the grime within.
We all need forgiveness,
for the evil we’ve done
we all need the grace
of God’s begotten Son.
We all need to confess,
Jesus is our Savior
we all need to believe
He’s the gift of God’s favor.
We all need a heart,
trusting and believing
we all need a peace
eternal and unending.
We all need salvation,
if God were going to see
we all need Jesus . . .
to set our souls free!
~~~~~~~~~~
“That if thou shalt confess
with thy mouth the Lord Jesus,
and shalt believe in thine
heart that God hath raised him
from the dead, thou shalt be saved.
