Jesus, my Rock
my salvation, my refuge
with You there is peace
under worries deluge.
You are my strength,
when my own is spent
in You there’s safety
from all that torments.
My God, My Rock,
shield me from evil
protect me from
the world’s upheaval.
Be my earthly guide,
let me not fall prey
to satan’s deceitfulness
and his unrighteous way.
Jesus, My Rock,
on You I will depend
to keep me sheltered
until You come again!
~~~~~~
“In God is my salvation
and my glory:
the rock of my strength,
and my refuge, is in God.”
