Sometimes the furnace,
we all have go into
so God can refine
restore and renew.
He will light the fires,
to chasten our soul
until we are willing
to give Him control.
He’ll turn up the heat,
till our sin is magnified
so our hearts can be
cleansed and purified.
He’ll add to the fire,
more fuel if needed
so that to His will
our life is heeded.
So if you find yourself,
in the fiery furnace . . .
more precious then gold
you’ll be, when you surface!
~~~~~~~~
โBehold, I have refined thee,
but not with silver;
I have chosen thee in
the furnace of affliction.โ
“As silver is refined in the furnace, heated seven times over.”
As our Lord said, “Let nothing be wasted.”
I know there are plenty more furnaces ahead! Even though they are painful each has brought me closer to the Lord and therefore I can truly say I am thankful for each one and yes, even those to come. ~ Have a blessed day with Jesus ~
