The reflections of my soul,
run long and deep . . .
I can see each time into it
God’s mercy began to seep.
I can remember the times,
when lost, was my direction
how God took me back
without any hesitation.
I can recall the episodes,
when my faith was bleak
how God gave me strength
knowing I was weak.
I can recollect the moments,
when I felt so all alone
how God directed me
to keeps my eyes on His throne.
I can call back to my mind,
the bouts of doubt and fear
how God reminded me
He was still close and near.
The reflections of my soul,
run long and deep . . .
as I think of God’s faithfulness
I can’t help but weep!

of the Lord:
surely I will remember
thy wonders of old.”
