Jesus leads me,
on the righteous path
He steers me from knowing
His Father’s wrath.
He wants nothing more,
than for me to be
faithful and trustful
as He guides me.
Jesus leads me,
for the sake of His name
He wants me to see
how without Him I’m lame.
He knows I am weak,
feeble at best
He knew without grace
I’d have no eternal rest.
Jesus leads me,
it is I who must follow
for my life absent of Him
is meaningless and hollow!
~~~~~~~
He leadeth me in the paths
of righteousness
for his name’s sake.”
