Bursts of Spring,
are in the air . . .
tiny glimpses of
days warm and fair.
A tree bud,
a poppy bloom
heals the ache
of winter’s gloom.
Bursts of Spring,
fill my sights
to warm my thoughts
on still cold nights.
A bird’s faint song,
a mostly blue sky
the last snow flake
to float on by.
Little-bitty bursts of Spring,
God is sending . . .
for it’s the season we need
His loving tending!

“The hay appeareth,
and the tender grass
sheweth itself,
and herbs of the
mountains are gathered.”

Beautiful poem, and yes, maybe tomorrow. Gray and rainy down here in Medford, Oregon as well, Debby. Miss the sunshine so much. This reminds me of the weather I grew up in Seattle, but as a child I never much cared. I was always outside playing no matter what the weather.
Sending Blessings, and a sunshine to you in Jesus,
Susan
