Forgiveness is impossible,
in hearts not Spirit filled
forgiveness will not come . . .
unless in God, hearts are stilled.
Forgiveness is unlikely,
in hearts made of stone
forgiveness will not come . . .
unless in God, hearts are His own.
Forgiveness will not happen,
in hearts that blame and resent
forgiveness will not come . . .
unless in God, hearts are content.
Forgiveness is unachievable,
in hearts that are not forgiven
forgiveness will not come . . .
unless in God new hearts are given.
Forgiveness is impossible,
in hearts without Jesus
forgiveness will not come until . . .
a heart of flesh He puts in us!
~~~~~~~~
“A new heart also will I give you,
and a new spirit will I put
within you: and I will take away
the stony heart out of your flesh,
and I will give you an heart of flesh.”
“Forgiveness is impossible,
in hearts not Spirit filled
forgiveness will not come . . .
unless in God, hearts are stilled.” THIS IS SO TRUE!!!! I agree with this and I think this is a lesson that God is teaching me this year as well and also where I can’t save the lost, only He can. I’m just His vessel and sower of His seed. ❤ 🕊God bless and continue to write for the glory of God.
Amen . . . I know so who are lost and though I have shined His light they still are in the dark. I can only pray that God will now draw them to Him! ~ Have a blessed day with Jesus ~
Yes, thank you Debby. I am feeling much better. Got my voice back. It’s taken about 2 weeks to get over it. Been meaning to get an email off to you, but with my new job, I’ve been working to 11:15pm. So I’ve been too exhausted to write anything. Once my body clock gets used to these hours, I’ll have more energy. Gods Blessings to you. Susan
