God sees everything,
there’s nothing hidden
He sees every person
who is sin driven.
He sees the wicked,
the trouble they cause
He sees from boasting
they never take a pause.
He sees the ungodly,
set up their snare
He sees their hatred
erupt and flare.
He sees the sinful,
devise evil demands
He sees they follow
satan’s commands.
God sees the unrighteous,
their evil, dark ways
He sees their future . . .
come judgment day!
~~~~~~~
” He hath said in his heart,
God hath forgotten:
he hideth his face;
he will never see it.
Arise, O Lord; O God,
lift up thine hand:
forget not the humble.
Wherefore doth the wicked
contemn God? he hath said
in his heart, Thou wilt
not require it.
Thou hast seen it; for thou
beholdest mischief and spite,
to requite it with thy hand:
the poor committeth himself
unto thee; thou art the
helper of the fatherless.”
Deborah Ann always uses scripture as her guide. One can never go wrong by doing the same!
I do use the word as my guide in each poem. I read and study the passage before the Holy Spirit fills me with the words to put into my poem for that lesson. I love waiting for Him to give me the words to use that way I can give Him all the credit 🙂 ~ Blessings ~
I’m not surprised that this is your way, Deborah Ann. The Word always comes with the Holy Spirit. Your poems are encouraging and instructive. This is why I am drawn to them. 🙂
Very nice. We don’t see enough warnings to the unrighteous these days.
No we don’t because that would mean we are bigots, hateful and not tolerant!
