Grace is a dirty word,
the devil, he hates it
for there isn’t any room
in his plans for it to fit.
He knows it gives power,
to those who are weak
he knows God’s mercy
is not just for the meek.
He hates the Gospel,
of faith through grace
he despises the fact
this truth we embrace.
He detests the control,
grace bestows on us
it piques him to know
in God we put our trust.
Grace is a dirty word,
the devil knows so well
that those who have it . . .
wont’ be joining him in hell!

“For by grace are ye saved
through faith;
and that not of yourselves:
it is the gift of God:”

Good poem’ definitely remind me of our enemy but also puts Grace in perspective.

Satan doesn’t like this thing called grace! I however, am eternally grateful 🙂
