Lord, fill me once again,
with the joy of my salvation
replenish within my soul
the hope of my elation.
Give back unto me,
the happiness and glee
I felt on that first day
Your grace set me free.
Renew within my heart,
the bliss and delight
I had from the moment
my sins were made white.
Return me to that day,
when my life You restored
where in Your precious love
I was completely absorbed.
