Ouch ~

When you are hurting,
and your body aches . . .
when your every nerve
gives you the shakes.

When your knees are sore,
and your legs give out
whenever you try to rise
and all you can do is shout.

When your neck is stiff,
and your back won’t bend
when pains shooting message
to your brain begins to send.

When your every move,
causes you to go “ouch”
when you can’t get up
from your chair or couch.

When your hips stop moving,
and your ankles buckle in
before you fall over . . .
pray for His strength within!
