What if there was no pain,
no grief, no more misery
no tears left to collect
no more human agony?
What if there was no hunger,
no thirst, nor starvation
no want or need left unmet
no dying from prostration?
What if there was no murder,
no killing, nor slaughter
no more innocent victim
no soul so cold and bitter?
What if there was no hatred,
no disgust, nor loathing
no heart so full of evil
no more darkness looming?
What if there was no pain,
no sorrow, no grief, no tear
what if Jesus never promised
to come again and live here?

Revelation 21:4
“And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes;
and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow,
nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain:
for the former things are passed away.”
