There is no fear of God,
in the hearts of man today
for their eyes cannot see
past the filth and the decay.
There is no trust in God,
all have gone astray
for greed has taken them
on a path leading away.
There is no belief in God,
too many others made of clay
for their deception inflames
the doubting soul to sway.
There is no faith in God,
each seeks to go his own way
for the lusts of the world
engulfs their night and day.
There is no rest in God,
the world is Satan’s prey
they see not their sin . . .
so for them ~ I will pray!
