I will praise God’s Word,
for its powerful and true
in God’s Word, I will trust
in everything I do.
I will behold its wisdom,
it will be my guiding light
the lamp that directs me
whether it be, day or night.
I will praise God’s Word,
I will hold it in high regard
for it will not let me down
its truth, I will not discard.
I will cling to its promise,
to give me, mighty power
I will claim its strength
my every waking hour.
I will praise God’s Word,
for it’s in God, I believe
other gospels will only . . .
mislead and deceive!
