Dear Child,
You may not know me,
but before you were conceived
I knew you . . .
for I knitted you
together in your mother’s womb.
You are my offspring,
I made you in My image
I was there on the day you were born
you are fearfully
and wonderfully made.
I rejoice over you with singing,
you are My treasured possession
I know all there is to know about you
I even know the exact number
of hairs on your head.
I know when you sit down
and when you rise up
I am familiar with all your ways
your name is written down
in the book of life.
I love you,
with an everlasting love
I am the provider of all your needs
I have thoughts about you
plans of peace, hope and eternal life.
Dear Child,
I know everything there is about you
can you say the same . . .
about Me?
