A hope renewed,
a joy emerges
when sin from soul
the Light purges.
The heart rejoices,
an answered prayer
no longer caught
in Satan’s snare.
A hope renewed,
a life forever changed
a prodigal child
no longer estranged.
A mind transformed,
the spirit set free
out from the darkness
comes a joyous glee.
A hope renewed,
a faith restored
a wandering one
now follows the Lord!

and is alive again;
he was lost, and is found.
And they began to be merry.”

I’m so thankful that my Father loves His prodigal children… if not for His love and willingness to forgive and cleanse me from my sins, where would I be? Thanks for sharing this beautiful poem, beloved sister!
Love,
Cheryl
