I will get through,
I will not dread
I will not fear
the storm ahead.
I will not drown,
I will not sink
I will not go
over the brink.
I will not waiver,
I will not doubt
I will not question
how I’ll get out.
I will not let go,
I will not be weak
I will not lose faith
no matter how bleak.
For, I have Jesus,
as my anchor
together this storm
we will conquer!

James 1:6
King James Version
“But let him ask in faith, nothing wavering.
For he that wavereth is like a wave of the sea
driven with the wind and tossed.”

Yes you got to talk to yourself much like King David encouraged himself in the Lord. Talk the depression, sadness, blues away. amen. vw

I do read the Psalms everyday. They are such a source of inspiration and encouragement to me. Often my poetry comes from a verse or two that has spoken to me. ~ Blessings ~
