In everything give thanks,
to God our Father up in Heaven
in Jesus name give praise
for all that we’ve been given.
In everything give thanks,
for the good things we own
for the temporal needs He meets
for each gift from His throne.
In everything give thanks,
for our spiritual blessings
for the Life, the Truth, the Way
for forgiveness in confessing.
In everything give thanks,
for the mercy God has given
for grace, election, redemption
for the adoption of the forgiven.
In everything give thanks,
for the adversities of this life
for peace, joy and comfort
for renewal from daily strife.
In everything give thanks,
for this is God’s will for you
in Jesus name give praise
and His light will shine through!

1 Thessalonians 5:18

for this is the will of God
in Christ Jesus concerning you.”

Wonderfully said. Being mindful of our current disposition ensure humility and thankfulness. As a man, I need constant reminder of my place in this world, in which I’m merely in it, and not apart of it. Thanks for sharing!

Thank you Josh for your kind words. I know that I too need the reminder as it is easy to get caught up in worldly things! ~ Blessings ~
