The splendor of God’s holiness,
can be heard in everything
from the rush of the ocean
to the gentle babbling spring.
His glory and His strength,
ride high across the sky
through the mighty thunder
you can hear His triumph cry.
The majestic voice of God,
strikes with a flash of light
fervently it shakes the earth
with the power of His might.
His words can twist and strip,
the heart of man away from sin
till in the depth of His love
they come to trust in only Him.
The voice of God is splendid,
to His people from their King
His strength is in the ocean’s rush
our peace is in the gentle spring.

marvellously with his voice;
great things doeth he,
which we cannot comprehend.”
