Tears . . .

Tears by John Emery free photo #14718

Today I felt like weeping,
so I went ahead and cried
I couldn’t stop the tears
no matter how hard I tried.

I was overcome with emotion,
no words to describe my pain
I knew something was wrong
yet, I just couldn’t explain.

There was a longing deep,
that I felt inside my soul
as the waves of sobs came
over me they took control.

I prayed and asked the Lord,
“What are these tears about?”
Then He whispered in my ear
“In Me ~ you needn’t doubt!”

It reminds me of the day when God will take all the tears away
not only from our eyes but from Christ’s Eyes also! Twill be the day when he hast to Judge and see the Sheep and Goats split.
One to everlasting Joy and Love with Him To Heaven they will Go!
The others will go to everlasting damnation their choice has been made
Then the tears of Jesus His decision made to carry out not to be recalled
The tears He will shed for those Lost His father will wipe away.
I do not envy our loving Savior the task He must carry Out
For each Goat made for themselves in the heart Keeping God Out

Yes, I am sure the Lord will be shedding tears of sorrow as He has to separate the Sheep from the Goats just as I am sure He is crying out right now watching man turn further and further away from Him. Let’s do all we can right now to bring the wandering ones home and for the unsaved to show them the way to true peace in our Lord and Savior ~ Amend and Amen ~

We need to trust The Lord at all times, for in our tears he is there and sees our pain. Wonderful poem Deborah.
